This short pause invites you to create space around your feelings, without needing to change them. From a 3 Principles understanding, emotions are movements of thought passing through. In a few minutes, you’ll be guided to rest with your breath and body, hold space without resistance, and remember that this moment is already enough.

Welcome.

Take a moment to arrive just as you are.

There is nothing you need to do.

Nothing you need to fix.

Nothing you need to change about how you feel.

Take a gentle breath in and a soft breath out.

Let your breath remind you of presence.

Let your body be supported.

Let gravity do the work.

Emotions may be here.

Perhaps strong,

Perhaps faint,

Perhaps shifting as you listen.

Whatever you feel is welcome.

There is no right or wrong way to experience this moment.

From a three principles perspective,

Feelings arise from thought in the moment.

Not from the past.

Not from other people.

From the movement of thought flowing through awareness now.

Like clouds passing across a vast sky,

Emotions come and go when not held in place by resistance.

You don't need to chase them.

You don't need to solve them.

You can let them move in their own rhythm.

Take another breath.

Inhale gently.

Exhale fully.

Notice your body here.

The steadiness beneath your feet.

The quiet rhythm in your chest.

The simple aliveness of this moment.

Your body is wise.

It always brings you back to now.

To what is real.

To what is safe enough.

Notice how,

Even alongside your emotions,

There is still space.

A calm presence that is not disturbed.

A spaciousness that does not vanish.

This moment is enough.

You are enough.

Take one more slow,

Natural breath.

Feel the ground.

Feel the breath.

Feel the space around you.

And remember,

You can return to this practice whenever you need.

Your breath and your body are always here.

Ready to guide you back to presence.

Thank you for pausing.

Thank you for taking the time to remember.
