Bring your attention to the center of your mind and visualize yourself walking on a desert beach of very white sands.
It's night time and the only light that allows you to see comes from a waning moon shining over the waters of the sea.
Feel the texture of the sand massaging under your feet.
Smell the sea and hear the sounds of the waves.
Now allow yourself to be filled with a sense of well-being and peace.
To sit on the sand facing the sea and watch the continuous movement of the waves.
See the reflection of the moon that clears the waters,
Which forms a trail of light to the center of the ocean.
With awareness,
Presence and clear intention,
Affirm.
Today I choose to bring serenity to my day.
I choose to be increasingly aware of my cycles as a woman and I allow the energy of self-care to fill my being.
I am able to observe my hormonal changes without letting myself be ruled by them.
I am the master of my body and mind and I welcome with love all the phases I experience.
I understand that in this phase of PMS,
Patterns and beliefs that are no longer useful appear to me more intensely and I am grateful for being aware because I know that this is the only way I can free myself from the past.
I honor each of my phases and above all,
I celebrate being a woman.
