When your heart is racing, your chest tightens, and your thoughts are spinning out faster than you can catch them — this session is here to anchor you. Designed to meet the intense rush of fear and overwhelm head-on, Panic Spiral Control gently guides your system back into safety. Through calming cues, steady rhythm, and grounding sound frequencies, this session helps settle the storm in your mind and body. The first 10 to 15 minutes of this meditation will be fully guided, where I’ll gently walk you through connecting with your parts, calming your nervous system, and entering a safe, grounded space. After that, the session will continue with healing tones and a subliminal healing sequence designed to work with your unconscious mind, bringing deeper integration and soothing for your parts. It’s important that you listen all the way to the end. So find a quiet, comfortable space, press play, and allow yourself the full journey.

Let your shoulders soften even slightly.

You're here,

Which means something inside you is still choosing connection,

Still reaching for calm.

You don't need to force anything.

You just need to stay with yourself.

We're not here to fight what's happening.

We're here to meet the part of you that's activated.

With compassion and curiosity.

Let's begin with noticing.

Where in your body is the intensity most present right now?

It's raising the alarm.

It might not be using words.

It might be using sensations or pressure.

What are you afraid is about to happen?

What are you trying to protect me from?

Stay in conversation with this part.

Even being with it in silence creates healing.

You are the one who can now respond with care.

You are no longer the one it had to see.

And I'll stay close while we shift.

It's not a problem.

It's a protector.

But it's role can evolve.

It can guide instead of guard.

What new job would feel better to you?

Something that supports us both.

For trying to be strong.

Let your breath deepen.

What matters is that you turned toward what was happening.

Instead of away.

That you listened.

You are safe with me now.
