Designed to meet the intense rush of fear and overwhelm head-on, Panic Spiral Control gently guides your system back into safety. Through calming cues, steady rhythm, and grounding sound frequencies, this session helps settle the storm in your mind and body. The first 10 to 15 minutes of this meditation will be fully guided, where I’ll gently walk you through connecting with your parts, calming your nervous system, and entering a safe, grounded space. After that, the session will continue with healing tones and a subliminal healing sequence designed to work with your unconscious mind, bringing deeper integration and soothing for your parts. It’s important that you listen all the way to the end. So find a quiet, comfortable space, press play, and allow yourself the full journey.
