Welcome to this becoming aware of the breath meditation.

Start by finding a comfortable seat and start to notice your surroundings coming into stillness.

Notice your inhale and your exhale the next inhale and the next exhale.

Without trying to change the rhythm the pattern just notice and observe inhale and exhale.

Don't make any judgment don't analyze just witness inhale and exhale and the next inhale followed by the next exhale.

Thoughts may arise accept them acknowledge them and then come back to notice the next inhale the next exhale and again inhale exhale and the next exhale.

Notice the next inhale and the next exhale.

This constant rhythm of in and out always anchoring back if thoughts arise to the inhale and the exhale.

And your next inhale take a big inhale through the nostrils and then slowly exhale out through the mouth and then returning back to notice that inhale and exhale as it naturally happens.

The light in me honors the light in you.
