this is a talk and meditation on the great gift that time is. Time is so relative to the way we perceive what we do with it. Being aware of way we use the time we are given is truly up to use to decide,

A very big aloha!

I'm Reverend Cindy Pollos and here we are looking at the beginning of a new year and trying to stay positive and do New Year's affirmations and all kinds of good things that we need.

Our positive energy is also a wonderful thing,

Isn't it?

And we have to play with our own mind,

You know,

To make ourselves believe in good things.

And once you believe in that,

You know,

It kind of carries its own energy field.

Now that same thing,

I believe,

Works in the way of time.

Have you ever been so wrapped up in a project,

So excited and carried away by what you were doing that you lost track of time?

Isn't that an interesting thing when you lose track of time and you just completely are wrapped up in this energy field of creation and what happens with that?

That's a magical place to be.

And the same thing,

You know,

Seems to go the other way when you're doing something that is something you may not like so much.

It's like,

Well,

The time that you have to spend there is like,

Wow,

Waiting,

Waiting,

Waiting for whatever.

And these days,

Sometimes,

These days,

Especially for travel and other things,

You have to do appointments.

If they're medical appointments or if they're any other kind of appointments,

Sometimes you have to wait,

Wait,

Wait,

Right?

So time is very relative.

Time is very relative to how we make our own energy field and our energy around time,

What we give to that source of time.

And until that place and that interesting time when you run out of time,

Right?

When it's over.

And then what?

I've often wondered about that.

What happens when you go beyond this life and is time relative there?

Or how do you exist in other realms?

I believe you do exist in other realms after you leave the physical plane.

But I really don't think that time is the same in those other realms as it is in this particular realm.

So time again,

It's very relevant.

And so we have to really be open in our minds and our imagination and our energy about how we use our time and how we give our time.

And with that gift of time,

How we allow ourselves to create and do what we wish to do in the time we are given.

And when we have that kind of understanding of time,

We really want to make the most of what we can do while we're here.

And that's what I've been experiencing a lot.

I've been working on a new album and it's really interesting how it's like,

Well,

Okay,

What's going to happen with this album and how is it going to.

.

.

You begin to get in the whole realm of creation and what happens with the creation of that kind of thing.

And I'm sure artists probably might go through a similar field of thought process about that.

And I see that a lot also with movies.

You go into a great movie and maybe two,

Two and a half hours,

The longest three,

But you lose track of time when you're in there.

You experience entire lifetimes of what's going on in that movie.

So again,

Our stretch of our imagination and what we believe is put into a different focus.

And that same thing I think can be carried forward into what we do as our perception of life.

And I always love to meditate.

I meditate every morning,

Have been for years.

And when you meditate,

It's also an interesting time to spend in meditation.

And because you're going into not just the regular doing mind,

But more of the being mind,

You're letting yourself be in that state of meditation.

And so when you're not doing,

But just being,

It's also very different because a different energy kicks in,

Right?

That's something that's on a higher level of energy might be kicking in.

So I have to just bow in gratitude to the gift of time and to the gift of how we can create what we wish to create in time and also our perception of time and using time to the best advantage,

To do really all that we can do in this time we are given.

I thought I'd take a little time to do a meditation,

To experience how we perceive time.

And when we feel our state of meditation is deep,

How we may lose track of time.

So let's start by relaxing and getting ourselves comfortable and going within with some deep breaths,

Breathing deeply in and holding our breath and breathing slowly out,

The breath in and the haa breath out.

And breathe deeply,

Just allowing yourself to go into that awareness state within your very being.

A timeless place.

And as we do,

We allow ourselves to make sure our spine is straight.

Everything is erect and feeling good and flowing in place from our head to our toes and around us,

Above and below,

In front of us and behind us and around us this wonderful,

Beautiful,

Lovely white protective light.

Observing all that energy and just allowing that soul source to come into your very consciousness.

Breathing in that soul energy.

And you might wish to watch that energy within your third eye and there's a viewing screen there in the third eye where you can actually sense the different colors,

The light,

The light field within.

And as you do that,

Allow that light within to be one that guides you to that source within,

That source of light within.

What a wonderful place to be in light in.

Enlightenment is really a great gift.

And it is timeless.

Allow yourself to believe in that place of enlightenment within.

Allow that light to restore and to redeem and to regenerate all parts of your very being,

Your essence,

That core.

The core that feeds your heart,

The core that feeds your soul,

The core that feeds that inspiration.

And make sure you take a moment to be grateful to that source within.

That source can guide you,

Direct you,

Give you insight,

Strength.

What a wonderful gift.

What a wonderful gift is there for free.

No charge.

That inner source that you're given for free.

What a wonderful place to be.

And take the time to slowly come out,

Slowly come out of meditation as you come back into your conscious mind.

Feeling good.

Feeling very aware of who you really are and that great gift that is there within you.

I bow in deepest gratitude and great love.

Thank you so much for being there.
