In times of great change, it can be a good opportunity to reset your life. Many people have experienced some big changes lately. From fires to job layoffs, there seem to be many things happening that bring about lifestyle changes. This might be a good time to embrace new opportunites.

A very big Aloha.

I'm Rev.

Cindy Paulus and I was going to talk today about a subject that is very interesting.

I just had a birthday and all of a sudden I was just,

You know,

You take stock on your life.

How is it going?

And I realized that I kind of am at the point where it's okay to just be.

Now I don't know if this is cyclic.

Maybe it is cyclic where you think you have to work hard and you have to achieve something and maybe that is part of what you're supposed to go through in life.

And maybe you can be at a stage you choose to be at which is just being.

I can really appreciate right now at this point in my life just being.

Now there's been so many challenges that the world has been facing.

There's been political challenges.

There's definitely been problems with fires and problems with a lot of things going on in the environment.

And I think that in a way,

Having been around a while as I have been,

It seems like it's been increasing.

And I have to say I feel bad for the coming generations.

I feel bad for the kids and what they're going to have to deal with in their lives as far as the environment and what they are going to have to deal with with overcrowding and etc.

The things that we know are going on.

But at some point you're going to have some resting place,

Some meditation place,

Some place inside that says,

You know what?

Just be.

Just be okay with just being.

Now I don't think that's a permanent stage.

I don't think you just are there.

I think in life you're going to be going through these kind of strange ups and downs and things that we face emotionally etc.

And relationships and work and life.

But I think we can control and we can choose a way that we wish to be and just be.

And meditation is such a valuable tool in that it's really.

.

.

You couldn't put a price on it.

If you think of how we see things sold so well.

You couldn't put a price on what you get from meditation.

Now I know there's people that do.

They say they'll teach you it and sometimes there's thousands and thousands of dollars to get to that stage.

But you don't need to pay anything to get there.

You can just be by choosing to just be.

You can be still.

I find it very helpful and I have for many,

Many,

Many,

Many years to light a candle.

Just go through that stage that you know you're putting yourself in that place of meditation.

You have a place of quiet.

You have a place where you have your altar piece.

It doesn't have to be complicated at all but you find a place to sit down.

Now maybe you don't even have that.

You can go somewhere in maybe your home area or out to the park and just sit,

Just be.

And you know what?

Taking that time,

Deciding,

Just deciding to take the time to just be is such a wonderful gift,

Such a great gift.

Now you have to trust,

I guess.

I think you have to trust yourself that you can do that.

You have to believe in yourself enough to be comfortable with just being.

And it's funny how we want to judge people saying,

That person is this or that person couldn't be just.

But anyone,

Anyone can just be.

And it's one of the greatest gifts that can be given,

That you can choose is to allow yourself to just be.

And there are many parts to yourself.

I mean,

There's your mind and there's your emotions and there's your whole entity of your whole,

Your liver.

There's the levels of you going to the astral,

The astral plane,

The mental plane.

All of the levels of consciousness,

Subconsciousness,

Super consciousness,

Cosmic consciousness.

There's a lot.

There's a lot there.

It's pretty amazing actually how much is there when you just close your eyes.

But let's just close our eyes.

Let's just take some time to just be.

And let's just breathe.

Breath sweeps mind.

Breathing in.

Breathing fully in.

And just allowing yourself to be present as you breathe out.

Maybe you'll be aware as I am right now,

If your body is aligned.

How's your neck?

How's your shoulders?

Relax your shoulders.

When you're just be,

Become aware of your body more.

So be aware of how you're feeling in your body.

Align your back.

And allow the energy to flow all the way through your body from your head to your toes easily.

Just being comfortable with just being.

Just breathe in and breathe out.

And with each breath go a little more inside.

A little more within.

Deeper,

Deeper.

Passing you the thoughts.

Just be here now.

Feel good.

Just feel good just by being here now.

You might become aware of birds calling outside.

And I just cracked my neck.

That happens when you sit and you're still and you allow yourself to align.

Your body will align.

Neck will crack.

And it feels good.

How do you feel?

Allow yourself to feel how you feel.

All is well.

And you might find yourself breathing more deeply now.

You might see colors drifting by.

Your eyes closed.

And just see how beautiful those colors are.

Those colors of life.

Seeing from the inside.

Now allow yourself to feel love.

That inner love that's present inside you.

Breathing that love in and breathing that love out.

Bathe in that love as you breathe it in and out.

Allow it to expand out further and further around you.

So you're surrounded in a wonderful white light of love.

Above you,

Around you,

Below you,

In front of you,

Behind you.

You are a circle of wonderful light and love.

Being glad that you are here now.

And thank yourself.

Thank yourself for allowing yourself to be present.

To be in this very beautiful now moment.

Slowly,

Slowly,

Slowly,

You're going to come out of this meditation.

Possibly you'd like to send love to someone you know.

Maybe some thought crossed your mind that you would like to remember and write down or make a note of.

And if so,

Allow yourself to.

And tell yourself,

Thank you,

Thank you so much for allowing me to be here now.

I thank you for taking the time to be present and to be here now.

Thank you Rev Cindy I am also in a place of just being. Sometimes I feel aligned with that and sometines my mind resists because I need to support myself financially. I'm learning to trust and be patient with the timing of my healing. This is a beautiful meditation Love and blessings to you Rev Cindy
