The Source Of The Resource Within

Within you is a priceless resource to go to when you need. Meditation is the place that you have within where you can tap into that resource. This is a short talk and meditation that takes you to that source.

A very big aloha.

My name is Rev.

Cindy Palos and today I just wanted to do a little talk about how perseverance furthers.

That's very ancient from the I Ching.

Perseverance furthers and it does and it takes a lot of perseverance to further sometimes.

I've been encountering that.

It's kind of like when mercury goes into retrograde and how you have to not get brought down by things that might go haywire.

And sometimes that will be your life,

You know,

And so that perseverance of going back and doing it again or getting it right or taking what it takes to get it done is really quite an interesting process to follow because you can't have your emotions involved.

I guess involved is one thing.

You can't be involved if your emotions are involved and because what happens is your emotions would get very impatient and upset that things aren't going easily or right,

You know,

Or what you think should be right.

So I've been learning a lot about that since I had my stroke.

It takes me a lot of extra time.

I can talk but I can no longer read and sometimes when I put in searches by speaking it changes things totally different than what I thought I said,

You know.

So it takes a lot of patience.

What used to take me about five or ten minutes to do will take me sometimes an hour or two now.

So that's why I've been understanding and experiencing a little more patience in my life since this happened and I sometimes wonder if that was what was behind why all this happened.

But the reality is that you find a way,

You do find a way,

To get done what you need to get done and accomplish what you need to accomplish and the bottom line is getting upset probably makes it harder to accomplish what you've been trying to accomplish.

So it's really good to be able to have that objective observer,

That place inside that you can go to,

That can persevere and get accomplish what you need to accomplish in whatever time it takes.

It's really interesting,

You know.

We're used to in our society we've kind of been trained to think that we can get things done very quickly and with the help of AI sometimes it is faster,

You know,

But not always.

There's still gonna be things you have to do,

You know,

That take time.

Filling out forms.

Oh my gosh,

Filling out forms is one of them,

Right?

So let's just take a little time to go inside and find that spot,

That place of the objective observer and of course I always love to put a white light all the way around me,

Up above me,

And below me,

On either side of me,

In front of me,

And behind me,

Completely surrounded in this protective,

Wonderful,

Brilliant white light.

Ah,

Thank you.

And then just go into that space of breathing,

Very simply breathing in and breathing out.

Breath sweeps mind.

Let's sweep our mind.

On the morning my mind is pretty well swept,

But by the time I get to afternoon,

Which right now it is here,

It may take a little more time to sweep that mind down.

So again,

The perseverance furthers in breathing in and breathing out and clearing out anything that needs to be cleared.

And it's always good to do a body scan because sometimes our stress can get caught in places in our body.

Everyone has different places they hold stress.

Where do you hold your stress?

Do you hold it?

I hold mine in my neck sometimes.

Where do you hold it?

Sometimes it's the base of the spine and the emotional chakras there.

But wherever you hold your stress,

Let's just send a little extra love to that area and just a little release of that tension that might exist somewhere in your body.

Let it go.

Breathing deep in and breathing out.

Letting it go.

Sending it love and appreciation because those areas take a lot of abuse if you go through stressful times.

So just letting it be released in beautiful energy of white light again.

And just being grateful to your body for getting you through what you have to get through.

And just going a little deeper in.

Breathing deeply in as you go into that center of your heart.

And just being so grateful for the love that is there stored deep within your heart of your heart.

Just be so aware of that lovely energy from the heart.

And be grateful for that love there in your heart of your heart.

It's a wonderful resource that's there with you throughout your life.

Send it some love back.

And allow yourself to go to the top of your head and that beautiful top chakra.

Letting a wonderful,

Brilliant,

Brilliant white light all around your body as you go to that source of the resource within you.

That source that is your soul source,

The source of your soul.

What a resource that source of your soul is.

And just take a moment to be grateful for that resource of the source.

Allow that energy to flow through you in a beautiful energy for you without any obstruction.

A beautiful objective observer aware of how it can go where it needs to go.

Just allowing that energy to go where it needs to go so that you're in tune with that wonderful resource within you.

How precious that energy that flows through you.

How wonderful that energy of your soul.

How perfect that light there is that connects you to the light of all light.

What a gift this beautiful resource is.

Is there anything you would need extra light,

Extra energy,

Extra guidance,

Extra awareness?

Would you call upon that energy now to be sent to you in the best way possible?

So that you're aware of what you need to do to be connected to that place that knows the truth of what you need to know.

That objective observer knows that.

Breathe that energy in and be aware of how it affects you and how it comes to you in a beautiful flow like a river all the way through the different places within you that receive it.

What a beautiful gift this energy is.

Breathe it in.

Accept it.

Be grateful for it.

Slowly come out of your meditation recharged,

Reenlightened,

And more aware of how wonderful this resource is.

Deep love and gratitude always.

I have been trying to cultivate being humble ( the world seems so full of the opposite) but I’m aware of how my ego can unbalance this. Thank you for the reminder of awareness of perseverance.
