The Infinite Realms Within

Deep within you is the opportunity to explore the infinite space you have in your consciousness . This gift is priceless and it is free. we sometimes are not aware of how deep we can go within. I invite you to explore that inner gift.

A very big aloha. My name is Reverend Cindy Follis and I wanted to talk about multidimensional energy fields. Now I believe that we can exist on many dimensions in one time and time is that miraculous that it is not contained in just one place. An example of this is how things are timeless. Some things are timeless and I would love the timeless things. Okay so art is timeless you know if you create a piece of art it can go on a long time. Same with music. Music can can live a long long time. Photos. Photos of you know how many how many photo books do we have. But they capture time. Now what if we took that same example how time has been captured and put it to work in the fact that there is this field of creativity of energy that does have an ability to go multidimensional and what if what if just for an example what if the where the basic place and energy field and where we spend most of our time was just part of where our consciousness could be. Now an example of this is we all go to sleep and we have dreams at night and where do we go in those dreams. Sometimes we could go to other dimensions in our dreams right to other places to maybe timeless places perhaps just perhaps you might have had a dream that lasts forever in other words you remember it most of your life. Now I know I've had some dreams like that I don't know about you but I think we all have some dreams that are impactful and for some reason they ring true and they last with us and there's something there that really seems to relate to us in a higher way in an interesting way. That's the same thing that we see in sometimes movies that last with us and that last actually way beyond lifetimes. Wizard of Oz is an example. So there are things and places and creations that can indeed be timeless and I think that's a wonderful thing to understand because we have a tendency to want to define and to limit and to control what we have in this time and space and it can go way beyond what we understand to be our limited time and space. Now who knows what other dimensions of well possibly many cosmic dimensions that could exist. There's been some interesting books and movies actually done about this. So we can take the time in meditation to delve deep into ourselves and I believe that as we go deeper and deeper within ourselves there's also more that's being explored in outer space and other dimensions and beyond and beyond and beyond the beyond and I think there may even be a correlation into what's happening is the stars being explored. The stars being seen in ways we've never even had a chance to see them before but at the same time we're able to find places within ourselves that we may have never experienced before and this is a beautiful correlation that the inner dimensions can be expanded as the outer dimensions are explored as well and this is something to give some food to your thought. So maybe some place to just say maybe we're not as limited as we might believe that there may be more going on here and we might just guess it's possible and as we allow just a little opening to that gift of multi multi-dimensions going on we can open the door to explore such gifts in inner space. That gift of being able to go deep deep deep deep deep within can be created as we take our time in daily meditation take our time to really just allow ourselves to go to that place within of that space that space where we can connect to the highest place within and open the door to maybe what's beyond the beyond within the within. Now let's take a few moments of breathing deeply and connecting to that lovely space as we align our body and our mind and our soul and this wonderful energy field that we are and just open that door to that place within. Open that consciousness that you have to experience the gift of being limitless. Being limitless here now. Each deep breath coming in each breath a gift each breath in and holding and aligning and allowing that energy field to flow through in your entire body and your spine and your legs and everything in your field of your physical energy realizing that it goes beyond. You have that ethereal energy that beautiful ethereal energy that surrounds you and that extends out and there's that lovely space that goes beyond that of your lovely light field and we breathe a beautiful protective white light all the way around our energy field above and through and down and below and front and back and we leave that energy field open to the highest light that highest gift of light that comes as we explore as we become inner explorers of time and space in multi-dimensions of being here now. What would that experience of unlimited time and space be like? Take for a moment that gift that lovely precious gift of being and explore as if you were exploring another dimension. How far does that dimension reach? How far does that dimension inside you go? Look into your heart and how deep does that love that is born within the heart of your heart how deep does that love go? How precious is this gift of love? Ah so precious. Take a moment to love yourself my friend to love your existence and all the levels of being. What a great gift. What a precious gift. How miraculous you are. Allow the energy to expand to your soul. Allow that energy to go from your soul to the ultimate unlimited light and love in the universe. Don't limit the unlimited. There is so much more going on. If we learn to trust that source of love that source of light that source of our consciousness to the cosmic realms we can then integrate that energy into our awareness of being here now. Breathe it in. Let that gift come into your expanded awareness in your consciousness. Breathe it in. Be grateful so grateful as you come into your everyday state of mind and realize that in every moment in every single moment of your life you have all of this beautiful energy present to you. Just come back slowly and give great thanks for who you really are. I thank you and I bow in deepest gratitude for being able to be here with you as you explore the infinite realms of who you are.
