A very big Aloha.
My name is Reverend Cindy Paulus and I hope you're doing very well.
I wanted to talk today about elevating,
Elevating your spirit,
Elevating yourself and staying in that positive energy field because I'm seeing more and more separation and energy that's being sent in anger and upset and frustration and energy that can actually be very divisive.
And I think it's a practice that we can follow to try to stay in that elevated state.
Now in meditation it's pretty easy to stay elevated,
But you will observe how your mind goes off in different little tracks and it goes on its little things.
You know,
You begin to watch that and understand how your mind works.
But what happens when you're involved in conversations and out in the world and with people,
That elevation can easily get distracted and often we can get ourselves upset.
And when you get upset,
Then it's like,
Okay,
How do you get out of that?
You know,
How do you deal with it?
As you become more aware and as you're on this path for a long,
Long time,
You will become more sensitive to what's going on inside your mind and your body and your energy field.
And you learn to work with it.
You learn that this energy field that you're forgiving your mind,
Your body,
Your soul,
Your personality is a field of energy that you can work with and protect and elevate.
And as you do that,
As you learn to work with it,
You really protect your energy field in such a way that you can remain in a higher state of awareness and a regular way.
And then you can also learn once you're there to communicate it and to share it and to bring the energy fields up around you in whatever way possible.
There are so many ways possible,
So many ways.
So it's good to be aware of these things.
It's really valuable,
Actually very valuable to develop your awareness.
And that comes from time after time,
Meditating and being aware and putting into practice what you learn.
So it's a merging of the energy you get to in the highest form of meditation to your everyday personality and your awareness.
And that way,
With that place you get to in meditation,
It becomes more of what you are going through in your everyday life.
Now,
In some areas of belief and in Christ consciousness,
If we wanted to try to bring that into the concept here,
In Christ consciousness,
You just stay there.
You stay in that elevated state at all times.
But if you're not at that,
And most people are not at that,
I'd say 99% of us are not in the Christ conscious state,
Then you will find this bringing of everyday personality and what we're doing into that state of our higher awareness.
So let's take a little time and let's merge our energy field here by going within,
By taking a few deep breaths and just being aware as you breathe deeply in.
And just be aware of your body and your alignment in your body and how your energy field is.
You just start to be aware of what's going on and you put a beautiful white light all around you from above you,
Way above you and through you and down below you and around you,
In front of you and behind you.
And on either side of you,
You're protecting that beautiful,
Wonderful energy field.
Ah,
It's so precious and precious and beautiful and we thank that energy field for being there with us.
Ah,
And we just allow ourselves to go within with each breath,
Breathing in and becoming aware of the body and going deeper with each breath,
Breathing in and letting go and releasing.
And just allow yourself to be very conscious with each breath.
I'm aware of the birds outside calling and I'm recording this in the afternoon and the energy field of birds is different than in the morning.
I'm aware of the energy field of light.
Try to imagine this energy field of light around you.
What is this light field that you're in like?
Do you sense that light within that you're looking at?
Do you sense how brilliant that light is in your third eye?
Can your mind allow your heart to be in control?
What would the heart wish you to know?
Give your heart the encouragement and allow the love that's there within the heart of your heart to be present.
Breathe in that energy.
What a beautiful gift this wonderful energy field of love is.
Ah,
Let it fill you and feed you.
Welcome this energy field of love deep,
Deep,
Deep within you as it surrounds you and feeds you.
Ah,
And allow that highest part of yourself,
Your soul,
Allow your soul to be connected to this love there within your heart.
Merge this love that you are with your soul.
And you might feel as you do this that your head in the top of your head,
That soul energy there is merging.
And you might feel an expansion.
How does that feel,
An expansion?
Let's go one step further.
Let's allow that bliss,
That ultimate highest state of the highest Christ consciousness or that ultimate awareness to be present within you now.
That wonderful energy at the source of all light and all love is always alive.
It's never ending.
It's eternal.
And you can call upon it.
You can ask it to be present.
I feel such gratitude for this love.
And let's let ourselves understand that we can bring this awareness into our everyday life,
Into our everyday state of consciousness.
And as we slowly come out of meditation,
Allow this merging of this highest energy to come through all your levels of consciousness into your mind and into your heart and into your personality and into this moment.
Allow this energy to be totally,
Totally here and present and now.
And let it come to the place of your conscious awareness where you can remember anything or any word or any feeling that you wish to connect with the right down.
And then that way we bridge that consciousness and we build that awareness of the antahkarana,
That building of that inner connection.
This is a wonderful gift.
Allow yourself to take the time to do some reflection on what you were sensing and feeling and aware of.
