
Release Into Peace
This is a talk that will help you release into Peace. We sometimes need to let things go to be able to find that inner peace inside. This is a talk with deep peaceful meditation that will help you to find that place of peace.

Release into Peace One of the key elements to learn if you wish to find peace is learning how to release and let go.
I was meditating this morning about what it takes to find peace and I realized if there's something on your mind that is gnawing at you,
That is kind of knocking at that door within,
You have to open that door.
And then you look and see what's going on.
You need to welcome what is there in and observe it and release it.
Because what's there has to be seen and it's going to keep knocking until you finally recognize it.
And then just let it go.
But you don't want to obsess on it,
Right?
And if you look at it with the right state of mind,
You just say,
Oh,
Yeah,
That's just that thought.
Well,
Just let it go,
Bless it,
And release it.
It could get stuck in that subconscious mind otherwise.
And when you're sitting in meditation,
You have a different perspective.
The thoughts look like clouds that just drift by and you're not engaged or used by those thoughts,
But just watching.
But if there is something deeper that's knocking there on that door,
You have to realize that maybe this is here for a reason.
Now,
What do you do to find that reason?
Well,
You ask yourself when you open that door to take a little bit of a look inside and see what's going on there without engaging or taking sides.
You just see that,
Well,
That's the thing that came up here in this,
My life,
My movie of my life.
And some of them may be ones that you want to deal with because perhaps you put them off for a long time.
And they could be harder to face.
They could include some of the elements of what I have already gone over,
Including forgiveness.
But the big thing to remember is that if you have something you need to release and let go,
It's really a good practice to dive into that situation and just go with it and deal with it so you can be at peace with it.
And it's harder if you're obsessive,
Of course.
And it's more difficult if you dwell on things and you get into that place where you can't easily let go.
A lot of meditation and Buddhism really is on this mindful track,
Just that,
Being mindful,
Aware,
And letting go.
It's really a wonderful practice.
It is such a key to opening that door,
Observing,
And then releasing.
I believe that if you can let go and let God be in control,
Then you really can find deeper peace.
It works for yourself as an individual finding peace.
And it also works for finding peace with others.
John Kennedy said,
Peace is a daily,
A weekly,
A monthly process,
Gradually changing opinions,
Slowly eroding old barriers and quietly building new structures.
So once you take away those things that are there,
That need to be released,
You can build a new structure.
And that new structure can be built stronger,
With more understanding,
With compassion,
Awareness,
And with the intention of being at peace.
It's so important to allow yourself,
Without fear,
To understand this process.
It does take having a deep inner awareness and a conversation with yourself,
And possibly a conversation with God.
And then you take the next step,
Which is not just with yourself,
But to let it go and release it to a higher place.
Just to truly let it go.
The same you go through the steps of practicing forgiveness.
It's a very similar process,
Really,
To allow yourself to forgive and to allow yourself to release.
Through time and many,
Many,
Many years of meditation,
I have found that you can go into meditation and be in a place within your soul and find a place that is the objective observer.
And you can see it from a different point of view,
A different light.
And it's a very good place to observe what's going on in your life and in your mind and in your emotions and in your inner dialogue.
It's not engaged in the ego or personality process.
It allows you to see a much bigger picture engaged in a higher perspective.
So if you connect within your soul when you go into meditation,
Then you dwell there long enough to be able to observe what's going on.
You can find out from inside what you need to do to release a situation and let it go.
And to be at peace and to make peace with it.
And once you understand that process,
It becomes easier.
But you still have to go and still do the work,
The deep work,
Because once you understand the process,
You may even find that it's taking you to a new place,
A deeper place.
Some of them may be hidden places,
Hidden in the shadows.
And then you go there and shine that bright light on what was hidden and you transform it.
We can ingrain some of those patterns from those deep hidden places.
It can even be a whole energy field and be in your cellular structure.
Some of those patterns can go back into the karmic wheel,
Things that were caused from possibly even other lifetimes.
So let's do a meditation on this.
We'll do a peaceful meditation to go through those steps.
Now we know that breath sweeps mind.
So breathe in and allow yourself to be centered and relax and let go.
Just breathing in peace,
Holding that breath,
Pausing for a moment and relaxing and releasing and letting go of any stress,
Any tension.
Breathing deeply in and knowing everything's alright as you breathe out.
Just breathing in right here and now,
Allowing yourselves to be in the light,
To let go and let that light spread throughout every single part of your body,
Mind and emotions.
Let that light shine through the darkness.
Let it go into the hidden places.
Maybe there's some places there within,
That place where you need to go.
Let's go to the objective observer to go to those places.
Now in the stillness,
Go to that place within your soul.
Connect with that true self,
Your higher self,
That soul that's been with you for lifetimes.
And just make an intention to be here in that soul level of the objective self.
Now call in that light of the soul and allow it to be in control.
And as you are staying there,
Approach that place within.
Some place deep inside you,
Maybe in your emotions or the hidden part of your mind.
And take a look at your life.
Take a look at the hidden parts.
Are there any issues that need to be resolved and released?
Allow anything to come up that may be knocking on that door.
Now open that door,
Staying in that place of the objective observer and greet and welcome whatever comes to that door and comes in.
And realize,
Ha,
Maybe it's time.
This thing that's been hidden,
Maybe it's time to be released.
Let's take a moment and encounter how you can release that.
Breathe in,
Hold your breath.
Release it,
Release it,
Release it.
Breathing in,
Peace,
Releasing it.
Breathing out,
Releasing it,
Letting it go.
Breathing in,
Understanding and forgiveness and releasing it.
Now what would it take to go even further?
Let's put a white light,
A golden white light,
Completely around ourselves,
Completely protecting ourselves.
And allow that higher self of light to come in and let go even further.
Whatever may need to be released right now.
Let go of any old patterns,
Any things that do not serve you at this time and space.
Allow yourself to be renewed and regenerated and restored to who you really are.
Know that this is so.
And as you know that,
Find that peace,
Filling that space where you are now in that place of that soul that you are.
Be in peace,
Feel that peace.
Allow yourself to go to that deepest place of peace within your soul.
And now slowly come back and feel good,
Feel refreshed and new and re-energized as you come fully into your body,
Mind and your emotions restored to who you truly are.
Ah,
Thank you for going to those places.

I turned to God for answers.
I heard those whispers say.
What is really important is that love and peace you find each day.
Find the source that feeds the love.
Open up your heart and pray for the love that is the true answer.
And love is the true way.
Love is that golden key.
You need to open up that doorway.
And when you turn within for answers,
And you turn within and pray,
You ask for help to ease your burdens and maybe for some needed strength.
Find that deeper solace.
Find that place of peace.
Find that guiding light inside.
That precious love of peace that heals.

Thank you Rev Cindy I found a little girl with an enormous mouth and teeth that was as big as her head that was just chomping and chomping so I hugged her and asked her why she was so ravenously ripping into things. Sort of like using a false innocence to manipulate people into loving me. Wow...wtf!? I think I'll be more aware when I'm unconsciously egoing that now and I would like to heal that part of me
