A talk with Rev Mary Omwale about the gifts Mother Mary brings to us. We talk about the inspiration and love that Mary brings to all. This is a deep conversation that is very inspirational. Rev. Mary Omwake was a Unity ministrar for many years.

I feel very blessed to have the reverence of Reverend Mary Olmwake with me here today.

Aloha,

Mary.

Aloha,

Cindy.

And to all of us,

Let's all bring our reverence.

We all have it,

That awareness that we are children of the infinite and here to bring heaven into form.

So I join you and let the smaller parts of myself just have the morning off.

How would that be?

When we join together in spirit,

This blessed energy comes in and I know you just said a prayer before we started for where two or more are gathered.

Well,

Here we are,

Two or more gathered with the presence and with spirit and being told to share these messages of love that you definitely have experienced and I am experiencing with Mother Mary.

And today's subject is going to be about spirit inspiration,

Breathing in that spirit as well and how we can see and be inspired by the Holy Spirit and share those messages that come from that grace of God and Mother Mary.

And I'd like,

If it's okay with you,

Mary,

I'd like to start with one that I got,

One of these messages I've got this morning.

Is that good?

Oh,

Are you,

I thought you were saying to the Mother Mary.

Anything you,

I can put my trust in you for anyone listening.

I put my trust in Cindy Palace's lifelong commitment to listening,

Not in her personality,

Which is lovely,

But in her lifelong,

Since she was 18 and I'm not going to say how old she is,

But a little bit younger than my 70 years,

A little bit.

She's always put the Divine Holy Spirit first and followed that guidance.

So that's what I put my trust in Cindy.

The Mother has obviously blessed.

Please share and I would say for everyone listening,

Maybe you want to just take a breath for a moment and join this communion of two or more.

We can do it wherever we are.

We can do it with the sunset.

We can do it with a friend.

We can do it with the bounty of our lives,

But to come into communion with the two or more,

Which Jesus said,

There I am.

So in that vibration of presence,

I listen with an open heart,

And it's beautiful that you said,

I am,

Because this is the spirit of I am that was speaking to me after meditation.

I am the breath of God's life,

The heartbeat of divine light.

I am the gift of creation,

The realization of what is right.

I am the gift of being alive with the motivation that speaks in my soul with this infinite energy of a greater purpose that I'm here to know.

I am the breath of God's life.

I am the heartbeat of divine.

I am the gift of creation.

I am the hope of a greater realization.

I am the breath of love,

So vulnerable that it shows that all of life is sculpted by the remains that trust reveals and grows into this body,

Mind,

And soul of the I am that I am.

A spirit wind that blows and whispers clues to the unknown.

I ask to have the power to serve and be a part of this great mystery.

All the love and laughter never seen that awaits in Maya's spinning dream.

This is the blessing that sets us free,

The I am that I am.

Grateful for the miracle,

Grateful for the pain,

Grateful for the learning in this endless yearning given in creation's name.

I am the breath of God's life.

I am the heartbeat of divine love.

I am the mother of creation.

I am the realization of the eternal now and all sensation and all communication of God's making,

The I am that I am.

And you know the miracle of the I am that I am,

Of course,

Mary.

And when we talk about spirit and Holy Spirit,

It's such a hard definition to give on something that is spirit because we don't want to limit it.

We want to be inspired and be it,

Right?

And yet you stand up there before the congregation and you trust and know that that spirit will flow and speak to you.

What's the process you go through to receive spirit for you?

Wow,

That's such a good question.

One is that quieting the mind to receive the guidance,

Which is probably all of our practice.

You know the message is be still and know.

And understanding that the Holy Spirit is the inspiration of the entire creation.

And to understand that wherever we are at every moment,

The infinite intelligence of the universe is broadcasting live,

Literally live.

But it's a still impulse.

It's a quiet knowing.

So the first step to receive is to practice the presence,

Practice quieting your mind.

And for everyone who's listening that has a silence practice,

A listening practice,

It is the most important thing you can do is to hear that guidance.

But to understand that it's always there.

It's far static on the line,

I like to call it.

So our work to hear it is first,

I guess you'd have to believe that it might happen,

Okay.

But then you quiet your mind and you forgive.

To forgive is to move to a place as you move into awareness of presence that nothing real happened.

And that's a huge one for us to get because we don't yet know or remember,

I guess it would be that we're spiritual beings.

And that we are eternal,

That we're having a very brief incarnation on a planet Earth in a human form.

And we can use this time however we choose.

The Holy Spirit invites us to use it as a time to co-create in the kingdom of God.

So how do we hear?

We quiet down.

We clear the static on the line,

Which is forgive,

Give up our opinions,

Become open-minded and willing.

And when we become willing,

I tell you Cindy,

The Holy Spirit speaks so direct that you can hear it.

And it bangs on your hood if you won't listen once in a while,

If you've asked.

And when I say it's not really the Holy Spirit banging on your head,

It's life saying,

Turn around,

Pay attention,

There's something better over here.

When our life doesn't work,

It's not like God's punishing us,

But it's saying,

Pay attention,

There's something better.

Look over here,

You're loved all the time.

So I just,

If we can understand the Holy Spirit is the expression of God that guides us back to our oneness.

Because the Holy Spirit came into being when we started to move in the direction of separation.

And you know,

All of,

Most of us believe most of the time we're human beings trying to get good enough,

Trying to get into heaven,

Trying to become something.

The truth is we are created as sons and daughters of the Infinite.

And as my dear friend Michael Beckwith likes to remind me all the time,

Our spiritual growth is a process of subtracting.

We're simply taking away all of the stuff we made up,

Every belief in separation.

And Jesus is our way shower.

He's our role model of what's potentially possible for every one who takes a human incarnation.

And the Holy Spirit is our guide,

Our teacher,

Our way shower,

In the sense it speaks directly to us.

You know,

There's so many beautiful little keys you gave in what you just said.

And that is part of what will be covered in Mary's messages of love,

The book,

Which is in process through these messages and many that I've received over the last year.

And also the CD we're going to be making.

But one of the keys,

About three of the keys you mentioned in there,

That I could repeat were forgiveness,

Which I'm going to be,

We're going to be doing a whole chapter on that.

Forgiveness is so huge and it isn't until,

As you said,

That you're even quiet and still,

That you can even realize sometimes how deep that goes.

Because it can be so buried and so hidden and we wish to be beautiful,

Wonderful,

Loving people,

But a lot of us don't realize that we've covered up by acting that way,

That sometimes we've put a mask on,

And that that healing is a constant thing that has to be addressed with forgiveness.

So that is.

.

.

It was understood,

Excuse me,

I'm sorry.

No,

Go ahead.

But to understand that what we're forgiving is ignorant.

We forgive ourselves.

If we had remembered that we're children of God and that everything,

Jesus was so clear,

Everything that you do,

To the least,

You do to me.

He was saying,

Don't just focus on the least,

Focus on all of it.

We're all one.

So forgiveness is recognizing that somehow we created these,

What we could label horrible kind of conditions in the planet.

But the good news is,

Since we made them up,

We can change that.

The Holy Spirit is with us all the time to show us a better way,

A kinder way.

It's just,

It's when we understand we're eternal and that any mistake you've made is corrected the minute that you can forgive it in yourself,

And that means forgive it in others.

Wasn't that an amazing line when Jesus said,

The minute that you forgive it in another,

It's forgiven in you.

So everybody that's out there today judging other people and,

You know,

With the political season going,

Man,

Those judgments are flying.

Well,

Here's the deal on judgment.

The minute you put a judgment on somebody,

Jesus said,

Be really careful,

Because the way you judge somebody is the way you're going to be judged.

Oh my gosh,

I'm sitting there praying for everyone to be blessed and forgiven quickly,

Quickly.

Well,

And I have to say that's another lovely key that maybe we should do a chapter on judgment,

Because I was raised in a society in Beverly Hills where judgments were rampant,

And this is what you judge people by the way they looked,

You judge people by the car you drove,

You judge people by,

And the judgment is very hard.

You know,

When I left California,

Cindy,

Because I also was in that world,

I sold real estate on Rodeo Drive,

Beverly Hills,

So I mean I know that whole illusion.

When I got to the Midwest,

You know what,

In the Midwest,

They don't owe for everything.

They own their cars,

They own their houses,

They own whatever they had.

It was like a such a mind-boggling thing when California,

And this is the 80s before the big crashes,

Everybody was leased to the hill,

And then they were judging other people for how good you could look,

You know.

It's just like crazy.

Okay,

We have another another whole show we'll do on judgment,

But getting judgment,

Forgiveness.

Well,

Forgiveness is definitely another another chapter,

But we're getting back to spirit,

And spirit does speak.

You brought up these beautiful things,

You know,

We have to listen,

And if we listen in stillness,

We hear,

And spirit has spoken to me many times,

But again,

If I'm asking too loudly or praying too loudly,

And you know,

I will tend to do prayer sometimes for 15-20 minutes before I go into the silence,

And during that time,

It's me talking,

And I'm bringing in the energy field,

And then I just have to stop and say,

Okay,

Time to stop and let spirit speak,

And this is one that came to me.

Let spirit speak,

Let spirit sing deep in your heart of hearts.

You can hear the holy hymns for as you open up to your soul and to the brilliance of the Sun,

The power of God's energy will always find a way to come.

For spirit's light is alive there within your soul,

And when you call on it,

It will always be there for you to know,

So call upon spirit and listen to the words.

For spirit speaks in so many ways with the magic that fulfills its purpose here,

Sometimes with words or maybe a vision or a feeling from deep inside.

Sometimes it's a person that comes to you and speaks the words you need to find,

So focus on the energy that will guide spirit to speak to you,

Perhaps with the smile or with the words from the angels of God that will shine on through to you.

For all of life is a story,

And if you listen,

You will hear spirit's voice that connects us and gives us divine communication to share,

So let spirit speak,

Let spirit sing with inspiration that lifts you to heaven's door,

And breathe in the Holy Spirit with those blessings that always will be there for you evermore.

For me,

And I wrote this one,

Her voice speaks in rainbows.

Mother Mary,

When she speaks to me,

I see these shimmering rays,

Mary.

Mary,

Awake.

I love rainbows.

That's spirit speaking to us.

When you see a dove fly down or across you,

Or when you hear that sound of the Cardinals singing in the morning,

When you see the smile of a person,

So much like Aloha,

Spirit speaks in so many ways,

Doesn't it?

Oh,

Well,

You were singing to my heart,

And I'm just,

As you were saying that,

I've got my Curse and Miracles open,

Which opens this book,

Choice,

Today to the voice and hearing the voice,

So how is that for guidance?

There's like 1,

100 pages,

You know,

And it opens right to that,

And here's Jesus saying,

The Holy Spirit is the call to awaken and be glad.

The world is very tired because it is the idea of weariness.

The Holy Spirit,

Jesus says,

I have assured you that the mind that decided for me is also the mind that's in you,

And it's the Holy Spirit that keeps reminding us,

And Jesus says,

The only difference between you and me is I made a decision to hear that voice.

You know,

He's saying,

Hey,

I'm wired.

I was created eternal like you,

But I didn't have all that other stuff in me.

You know,

He was born into an expectation of a culture where a Messiah was potentially possible,

And you know,

There's a story,

Cindy,

That for 800 years before Jesus actually incarnated,

That when male Jewish children were born,

The prevailing culture at the time was,

Is this the Messiah?

Is this the Messiah?

And the reason I bring that up is that what the Holy Spirit and the Mother Mary is saying for each one of us,

And I'm a grandmother,

So to say to each child born,

You are the Beloved of God.

You are the Holy Child.

It's not something you have to do,

And the Mother Mary is,

I think,

Teaching with such love that all of God's children matter,

That every child is sacred,

And so naturally that informs how we,

You know,

Allocate water and food and how we cherish and care for each other,

But the most important thing is in their awareness that there's seven billion expressions,

Emanations of the Most Divine,

And the Mother Mary is,

I believe,

Guiding us and the Holy Spirit to each person,

Each soul,

Precisely where there's an opening for light.

This is what I love so much about the mother's energy.

She never gives up on her kids,

Even when they do the worst goofy things,

And I know some mothers who are listening will have some kids who are taking detours,

I call it detours on their path home to God,

Because here's the deal,

Everybody gets home to God.

The Holy Spirit's job is to bring you back to what you left.

We had to leave it,

You know,

We had to decide we were separate,

And then separation,

It looks like there's not enough stuff,

But when we go back into the awareness of wholeness and oneness,

We look on a universe of infinite supply.

There's never a need to hoard or steal or need for greed,

Because we're constantly being provided the more-than-enough,

And so of course we can create beautiful estates,

If that's what we choose,

But never at the expense of anyone else.

This is why the Holy Spirit and the Mother's teaching is so important at this time,

To remind us there's more than enough,

And it all begins with that choice to love and make that decision to hear only the Holy Spirit's voice,

And you know,

You may not call it the Holy Spirit's voice,

You may call it the deep knowing within you,

Or the divine impulse,

You know,

It's that divine impulse to choose higher,

But it's always there if we're willing to be quiet.

What blocks it is fear,

And maybe we need to do an all-out program on all of our many fears,

Because they permeate most of our lives.

We're afraid of disease,

We're afraid of government,

We're afraid of terrorists,

We're afraid of,

You know,

I've got friends that are afraid of birds,

You know,

So fear is something that we've made up,

But it blocks us from hearing,

So I'm thinking that fear may be something we're going to want to maybe add to your chapter.

I think that those are the two major blocks,

Is ego and fear,

And ego uses fear,

I believe that,

You know,

That is what is a block,

You know,

And if we listen to the fear.

.

.

Well,

Anything that you make up,

So the ego has the innate fear that it won't survive,

And it won't,

So see,

That's a healthy fear.

It's aware that it made itself up,

We forget it,

We forget,

We believe the stories we made up.

I'm sitting in my house with my little kitten sleeping,

And I'm looking out at the ocean,

And I've got all this stuff to sell on Craigslist,

You know,

I'm just,

This is my life today,

But the thing is,

I've made it all up,

And now I get to say,

What do I want to do with it,

Because it's all the mother,

And when you,

Cindy,

Came to me three or four weeks ago and said you had been being visited by Mary,

And of course,

I started to ask,

Well,

Who's guiding me?

I've certainly had such a graced and blessed life,

Who's guiding me?

And I want to share it,

You have helped me every day I get up,

And I say,

Beloved mother,

This is your day,

My condo belongs to you,

My life belongs to you,

And I give everything back,

Show me how to use it today in your glory and your purpose.

So I'm going,

As you know,

To John of God in four weeks,

And I had to get some passport pictures,

And I was so thrilled,

Because I went into Costco,

And I got pictures,

And I asked the girl,

Is it okay to smile?

And she said,

Of course,

So I smiled for my passport pictures.

I'm walking out feeling just filled with joy,

Because I'm,

You know,

This is a step in the process to go to John of God,

And I say,

I say that inner self,

Mother,

Is this you creating all of this joy?

And I've told you,

Cindy,

And I sent you the picture,

So I have it on my iPhone.

The minute I asked that question,

My eyes were drawn to a used car,

Kind of sitting in the handicap parking,

A lot of dents and dings on it,

It was blue,

And on the back,

There was a bumper sticker,

And it said,

Just do it.

Well,

You know,

Nike's at,

I looked at it closely,

And above the just do it big bold letters was in black.

Anything Jesus tells you to do,

Just do it,

And underneath,

In the same black letters,

Mary,

Mother Mary,

John 2,

Which is where the wedding feast,

And Jesus said,

I'm not ready to begin my work,

And his mother said,

Anything my son tells you to do,

Just do it.

You know,

Cindy,

We get direct guidance from the mother,

So here I am,

I'm going back,

I'm rereading every bit of script,

I've been doing this for 30 years,

The Course in Miracles,

And of course,

It comes up exactly what you have outlined in your book,

Without me even knowing what your book is.

So when we trust that we're being guided,

Life just gets sweeter,

And when we get into my judgments,

Or my fear,

Or you know,

Like the passport won't come in time,

You know,

I just shift it into,

Well then,

If it doesn't come in time,

That means the mother has something so much better,

And that's where I think when we're in that field and vibration of faith and love,

That's how our life works.

It flows.

We're creative,

We're generous,

We're,

You know,

In the game,

And then we get stuck,

And we think it should be different,

And the minute I have a thought it should be different than it is,

I just close down the full-on onslaught of spirit.

Have you ever had that work?

Oh yeah,

It should be different now.

You just brought up another beautiful key,

Which is going to be a chapter,

Which is faith,

Because faith works in interesting ways,

And we will be,

Through the teachings,

We will be given the spirit,

We will be given everything we need,

We'll be given the love,

We'll be given gifts and blessings beyond our belief,

But there will be times that we will be challenged,

And that is when we go to our faith,

And we go back into the stillness,

And we go back to the mother,

And we go back to the grace,

And ask for that clearance of any kind of fear or judgment or anything to come,

And that's when spirit comes to us.

In fact,

Some of the times,

You know,

This is true,

When we go through,

You've seen and you minister and counsel so many people,

And there's so many trying things.

People have lost many loved ones recently,

Or recently had a beautiful woman who works here,

Her other co-worker,

Her son took 85 sleeping pills just this week,

And is comatose,

And then,

You know,

They question,

It's like,

How do you pray?

How do you pray for someone who's a son in an accident,

And now her other son took 85 sleeping pills?

All you can do is go back and ask for God and the presence of Mother Mary,

And some kind of blessing of grace to come to you,

And heal whatever is the hurt there,

And knowing that,

Of course,

Mother Mary did indeed go through this very,

Very trying situation,

And many tests in her lifetime,

Many tests,

And through this has become the Queen of Angels,

That she is there and able to help.

Well,

Yeah,

Let's let's be real clear,

God doesn't test us.

We have opportunities to become Christed beings.

One of the most beautiful stories that is told is the Bodhisattva.

The Bodhisattva came as a mother,

Holding her dead child to the Buddha.

This is a true story,

And she came to the Buddha with the full faith,

Knowing that the Buddha could heal her child.

She knew that,

And she asked the Buddha,

And he said,

Yes,

I will heal your child,

But first,

I must invite you to visit every household in your village,

And bring to me a family that has not experienced deep loss and deep sorrow of someone or something they greatly love,

And so the woman went out,

And went up to every door,

And knocked on every door,

And when she couldn't find anyone in her own village that hadn't suffered loss and death,

She went to the next town,

And she went to her entire province,

And she went for weeks and weeks,

And knocked on every farm,

Every hut,

Every door,

And finally six months later,

Or some long period of time,

Returned to the Buddha with her heart totally shattered,

And said to the Buddha,

There is no one,

And in that she became enlightened,

And became the Bodhisattva,

Which is in a sense the Holy Spirit expression of Buddhism.

This compassion,

This deep awareness that that in human form,

When you don't know that that child that passed over never died,

The body died,

The soul that we miss so much,

That we love so much,

Is with us.

It never went away.

When they asked Maharaji,

I think,

Where,

And all his disciples were crying and moaning because he was about to make his transition,

They said,

Don't leave us,

Don't leave us,

And he looked at them with the wisdom that we're called to know,

Cindy.

It starts with hope,

It goes to belief,

And then it goes to faith,

And then it goes to knowing,

That we are to know that we live,

Move,

And have our being in the infinite,

That the body comes into form,

And the body dies.

The spirit,

The soul goes on forever,

And I too,

Yes,

I too have had two friends,

Actually four,

But two friends walked over this past week.

Two of the four,

Two went with glory,

I mean with such peace,

With such surrender,

With no regrets,

With no thought,

Anything.

I watched it,

Not one regret.

I talked to one the day before she stepped over,

I talked to the other before they put him on the morphine drip,

Which,

You know,

Was part of that.

Their lives were rich and full.

The other two went through with lots of mourning,

Lots of grief,

Lots of regrets,

And of course,

We did the prayer work to forgive it and bless it,

But if ever there was a testimony for,

If you're sitting in health and wholeness today,

Start doing your work,

Forgive it,

Bless it,

Do good everywhere you can.

The two that stepped over were trailblazers in kindness,

In generosity,

In learning the deep truth,

In spiritual practice,

Not holier-than-thou in any way.

They look like ordinary people,

But what I really got the gift was,

Boy,

If you're doing your work now,

Cleaning up those family of origin issues,

If you're taking time to go back into all those times when you didn't go as high as you could have,

Maybe you let yourself down and do the ho'opono,

Do the deep work,

Because we're all going to drop our bodies,

Cindy,

And you know what?

There is joy for the mourning,

M-o-u-r-n,

Mourning.

There is joy.

That is the promise.

You grieve it,

You walk through it,

You remember your wholeness,

And one of the gifts of people who step over is,

And I can guarantee it now,

I used to think it was pretty far out,

Is the guides and teachers and the beloved family and friends that are yours are with you.

And don't you know that?

You guided me through that with your mother.

So I just wanted to continue talking a little bit about this,

Because this is,

When you see all these beautiful,

The lovely Michelangelo picture of Mary holding Christ,

And we're going to be coming up here to Easter,

Which is one of the greatest teachings.

The body,

The body dies,

And you can live forever,

And this is,

I think,

Really part of our purpose on this planet,

Mary,

And we'll have to go into this maybe on the next episode,

Is the resurrection,

Because when you find that spirit and you're in tune with the spirit,

You know the spirit goes on forever,

And that's another gift of the spirit.

And I just like to end the show with another poem I wrote called Come Down,

Holy Spirit.

Come down,

Holy Spirit.

May I just add one thing,

Just one thing,

Before you do that,

And this is the tagline to take away,

I believe,

Is,

How do you know it's the Holy Spirit?

The Holy Spirit is the spirit of joy.

Wow.

The Holy Spirit is the spirit of joy.

Paramahansa Yogananda said,

The experience of God is the experience of ever new joy.

So in that,

Cindy,

I listen to your big,

Important words.

Thank you.

Well,

You know what,

Before I say them,

Okay,

I'm ready now.

Someone was actually holding and listening that whole time,

But we didn't get to them,

But here's Come Down,

Holy Spirit that I wrote from spirit.

Come down,

Holy Spirit.

Dance across the skies.

Bring the very breath of God to open up my eyes.

Let me breathe your blessing.

Let your voice be heard.

Be the very energy that speaks these holy words.

Color my true vision with the gift of life.

Let me see creation's face.

Let me see the vision of your light.

Let me see the true beauty that reflects the visions that you bring.

You are the living light.

You are the life force of everything.

You are the torch that shows the way through the darkest night.

You hold the power to transform and make the wrong things right.

Your energy appears in life here with the very force that can heal the past and the future,

Reappear with lessons each life needs.

Yet you pour forth that sweetest nectar from the highest throne,

From the very fountain of the Mother,

The eternal energy that nourishes our soul.

So thank you,

Holy Spirit,

For all the gifts that you bring.

We thank you for the sounds and the music.

We give up offerings to celebrate this blessed energy alive and everything,

And we offer up these words this time that we have here.

We're so grateful that we can be here and celebrate the life that nourishes our heart and souls with the energy of the Blessed Mother that leads us on the way.

We ask to honor your presence in our lives each and every day.

And Mary,

It's such a sweet,

Sweet treat to be able to talk to you and share our energy.

It's really a sacred time,

And I just thank you from the bottom of my heart for being there and understanding that this is a time for everyone to be able to embrace and celebrate that joy of the Holy Spirit and the Mother.

It's not just for one religion.

It's for everyone.

It's for the entire world,

I believe,

Don't you?

Well,

We're all one.

I mean,

We made up countries.

We made up religions.

And to the extent that they point us back,

Remember the Holy Spirit always points you back to where you started,

Which was God.

In God,

In God,

Behold,

I make all things new.

So yes,

Of course it belongs to everyone.

God created all of us equal,

And the Mother doesn't have any favorites.

She adores every single one of us,

Every single one of us.

So it's just,

That is the great,

I think,

Most beautiful message of Mary,

Is that deep message of love,

And the Holy Spirit delivers it.

And I've always said,

God loves us so much.

It speaks in the language that we understand.
