Let There Be Light

This is a spiritual talk with affirmations and meditation on light. It affirms us all as being children of Light - capable of living and returning to it and being Light itself.

Aloha,

I'm Reverend Cindy Palos and the subject today is going right to the source.

It's on light.

Now we,

Many of us have called ourselves light workers and we all invoke light sometimes.

But light is the highest,

Most creative force in the universe from the source.

So I thought it'd be good to talk about light.

My name is,

Formal name is Lucinda.

I go by Cindy.

But Lucinda means light and I have always been a lover of the light.

So I thought it'd be wonderful to talk about light and do a prayer meditation on light today.

Let's go to the beginning.

In the Bible it says,

In the beginning there was God and God said,

Let there be light.

And from light all things came forth.

Now light workers and mystics through the ages have understood this very profound truth about light.

So the source,

This energy field of God was unmanifest as spirit in the beginning.

And that to have creation,

God created light.

From light or the first begotten of God,

The Christ,

Or in Christian mysticism all things came forth.

So light can be thought of as the unmanifest spirit of God made manifest.

And on the path towards uniting with that source of God and meditation and revelations of consciousness,

Mystics have come to know light divided into itself in various energy frequencies are visible as energy fields of color.

And these color frequencies of energy interacting with each other create various geometrical shapes which is also called the mental plane.

And then those are building blocks of energy foundations of matter or the physical world reality.

So literally,

In an absolute sense,

We are every single one of us,

Children of the light.

And what's very interesting is that light always lives in us and we within it.

And as we call in the light and become sensitive and attuned to the highest light,

We also become one with that Christ light consciousness,

The highest of all experience.

We can experience this as Christ did in human form,

The energy essence of light itself.

So in this light,

We find ourselves transformed.

We call in the light,

But it's very interesting as we do,

There are more and more frequencies of light out there and the light is increasing.

And as the light increases,

The shadows are seen.

And then our light must deal with that shadow side and transform that.

We are all a reflection of the one great light of God.

We are all connected to that source and we're one with it.

So let's think about how to focus on that light,

To resonate with that light,

To be intimate with that light and to be transformed and become one with that great light,

That light of God from the highest source of all.

Let's take a few deep breaths,

Breathing in the light and breathing out and releasing all that is not light,

Just releasing it out,

Breathing it out,

Breathing it out,

Breathing out and breathe in that wonderful light from the source of all and call in that light and let it fill our entire soul and from our soul to our head and from our head,

Let it circle around our mind,

Clearing our minds and thoughts out and filling our minds eye with that light from the eye of God and let that light move down and see it in the color form of the throat chakra,

That beautiful aquamarine presence in the throat.

Releasing that throat chakra energy out and let it come on down to your lovely heart,

Your beautiful heart of love,

The heart of hearts,

The green and the pink energy there,

Purified by that one light from the source of all and let it continue to move down and let it fill the solar plexus chakra and circle around there as if you were circling and ringing the prayer wheel,

Calling in the light there and let it continue to move on down and illuminate the solar sacral chakras and the root chakras and let it lighten up anything that might be shadows there and transform them into the beautiful colors,

The petals of ruby red in the root chakra.

Let's do an affirmation now.

I am worthy of caring and sharing God's one light.

I am a servant of that light of God.

This light is here with me in every single moment.

This light is present in my heart,

My mind,

And my soul and it is from God.

God is the life source of all light and carings that presence of the I AM that I AM.

Thank you God for your light.

And here's a prayer called the light of the world that I wrote from prayers,

Affirmations,

And meditation.

Lord,

You are the one source of all light.

From you we are created.

Through you we are transformed.

Through you we are able to make all things new.

Let your perfect radiance transform and renew me right now.

Let me be in tune with your perfect peace and your divine harmony.

Let me radiate forth your presence through my entire being.

Pour the nectar of your fine wine into my thirsty heart and soul and anoint me with your great love.

For I would serve you as best I can and I open my mind to your mind,

The mind of light,

To be enlightened by your way,

Your truth,

And your life.

Thank you Lord for your light and your love.

And now let's go into a meditation and be absorbed into that light and merge with that light.

Breathe again in the light of God,

That bright,

Bright,

Brilliant light,

Brighter than a million suns.

See yourself merging and going to that one light.

Things are getting lighter and lighter and lighter and you're finding that everything is now surrounding you that is the highest light,

A transforming light,

The light of all love.

Feel your energy being completely ignited with that light and continue to move and be in that presence of that one light.

Find that light that is the one light there within you right now.

Dwell in that light.

Absorb that light.

Go further and further into that one light.

The world is receiving this light now as you are receiving this world.

You are reflecting this light to the world.

You are reflecting that one light from the source of all lights.

You are now able to be enlightened.

Remove any blocks,

Any thoughts that you are not worthy of enlightenment and allow yourself to experience that union with the light,

That union with God,

That enlightenment that moves beyond all different forms and separations and unites you as one with all of God's creation.

That brilliant light of all light from which you came and from which you return.

Recognize that energy in you has always been present.

Amplify that energy as you absorb this truth that you are light.

You are this light manifested here right now.

Breathe it in.

Be still and know that you are God.

Be still and know that you are light.

Be still and know you are in tune with the cosmos all created from this light.

Be this light right now.

Thank God for the gift of this transforming light that comes to you through your soul.

Know you can choose to be in this presence of light whenever you call that light in.

You can be aligned with that light of the one.

Now slowly come out of meditation and feel that energy that has transformed you.

Realize this energy of light is from the source of all and it re-energizes you.

It redeems you.

It restores you.

It gives you the one power of being one with all light,

One with all life,

One with God.

And I'll end today with the Aramaic version of the Lord's Prayer which goes,

Ah,

Vung dey bosh maya,

Ni dekada sheshamah,

Tey tey maokuta,

Nwey te sevinak akhanah de bosh maya o baraha,

Aulan lakma de sunkanin yamana,

Wa shvokan al bain aykhanah da panyan shwa kin al hayabain,

U la talan al nisyonah,

El a pesan men bisha,

Me tal dey leki maokuta,

U hayla utish bakta,

La alam amin amen.

Which translated says,

Father,

Mother of the Cosmos,

Shimmering light of all,

Focus your light within us as we breathe your holy breath.

Enter the sanctuary of our hearts,

Uniting within us the sacred rays of your power and beauty.

Let your heart's desire unite heaven and earth through our sacred union.

Help us to fulfill what lies within the circle of our lives today.

Forgive our secret fears as we freely choose to forgive the secret fears of others.

Let us not enter into forgetfulness,

Tempted by false appearances,

For from your astonishing fire comes the eternal song,

Which sanctifies all renewed eternally in our lives and throughout creation.

We seal these words in our hearts committed in trust and faith.

I thank you for being present in the light here.

And may you always remember you are light.

You are one with that light in all.

You are the living light of God.
