I have several of Cindy's books that I just obtained.
And in one of them,
The most recent one,
Which is called Inner Peace Manual,
They have a really nice writeup about her,

Welcome,
Cindy.
Thank you so much,
Patricia.
It's an honor being here with you.
You share so much wisdom and light with the work you do.
I think you're a true inspiration.
So I'm so glad to be here with you today.
It is daytime here.
It's not nighttime yet.
It's still at sea.
It's about,
It's 1.
04 in the afternoon here right now.
Well,
Thank you.
I know there's a big time change.
Marianne Head,
One of our other members,
Lives out in Hawaii too.
So we have to kind of work that time schedule with her as well.
But tell us about you,
Cindy,
That you have done so much in your life.
And as far as spiritual growth,
Education,
But actual doing of things,
The producing of music,
Of books,
I mean,
All these awards.
Please just give us all the nitty gritty points that we wanna hear.
I'm gonna put you on speaker view and get out of this picture for a little while.
So you've got the floor.
Well,
I was telling you right before we went on the stream here about my background,
Which has been actually started when I began classes with Dr.
Palmasters when I was about 13 years old.
My father died and my mother really had this question about life after death because he came to her in spirit three days after he died and said,
There is a forever in spirit.
He said that and kissed her forehead.
That was enough to make her think twice.
She was a very aware woman in ways that I later realized even more,
She would say,
You are all star children.
She'd tell my younger sister,
You're from the farthest star.
So when she started with Dr.
Masters way back when,
I went along and I was blessed to be able to learn to meditate at a very young age.
I believe I was 13 or maybe close to being 14 at that time,
13 going on 14.
And you know what,
Patricia,
For me,
It just lit up my life.
It resonated with me in a way that I never could have realized.
I always had this energy that I didn't quite understand.
And when I started reading all the books that were available at Dr.
Masters place in Hollywood and Vine way back then,
It was there in Hollywood.
I just fell in love with it and I couldn't stop reading.
And I would read everything I could on it.
And I was meditating,
I'd meditate every day.
And one of the books I was reading way back when,
When I was about 14,
Suggested that a way to bridge what you got in meditation to the higher self,
Your soul,
And beyond source was to write down what came to you and that highest state,
Right?
What came through?
So that's when I began the practice of writing down what came to me in spirit,
In meditation.
And in that book I was reading,
I think it was one of the Alice Bailey,
The Tibetan books,
Actually,
That suggested that the antakarana,
The bridge between the mind and the soul and the source is built when you do this practice of writing what comes down to you in meditation.
So that began that process.
And I have been writing a message down every day since I began meditating back then and read that.
So literally I probably have,
I don't know,
20,
000 messages,
Most of them lost before the computer time and maybe in journals somewhere,
You know,
I don't know how many journals it was till I realized this isn't gonna work too well.
So I started putting it on computer.
So everything I've gotten that I've put in my books and put in my CDs has come from spirit.
I was about 15 years old when I had gone outside to meditate under a very large pine tree that was in the backyard.
And I all of a sudden found my chakras kind of doing an interesting lockdown to the base root chakra.
All of a sudden there was this amazing kundalini rush and I left my body.
I literally not only left my body,
I could actually go to the point where I could see outside my body.
And I continued on and on to the point where I was in the soul plane.
And then I kind of went into the mental plane where all the answers to any question was answered.
And I continued on to this point that was like this amazing source of infinite light that was like a million suns just exploding into love.
And I felt this union,
This cosmic consciousness,
This union with God that was the most amazing experience then and now and ever since.
A love beyond all love that was just like this unbelievable experience of seeing and wanting to just explode into that love and never return.
And I in fact had that experience where I had the choice where I could just kind of stay there or come back.
And of course,
When you're in that place and you look back on the earth outside your body and another space,
You see that there's such a need for people to understand the power of this amazing light and love.
And it's so needed on this planet that of course I came back into my body.
But after that I saw auras and changed my perspective and was many times in a state of bliss when I was meditating.
But I also realized that it was really important at that time I was so shy that if literally someone walked up and knocked on the door,
I'd go run and hide under the bed in my room.
And I realized that that wouldn't work if I was going to try to serve.
I was still shy,
But I decided at that point to get into radio because then I could communicate my message and not necessarily have to be out front.
And in that time I just continued to write and get these messages.
And I know that your message and the message of heart centered gratitude completely align with everything that I was taught by Dr.
Masters and everything I know that you've learned through IMM and everything that I experienced through that mystical inner journey with the highest part of myself and beyond.
Because at the key of everything is gratitude.
Everything,
At the key of everything is gratitude.
Because when you really see with the eyes of the soul,
When you see with the eyes of God,
You realize this amazing,
You brought up the word wonder woman,
Which I'm not,
But I certainly believe in wonder and the sense of wonder.
When I watch and I get up at three o'clock or four o'clock every morning and meditate and write,
When I watch the sunrise and I do it every morning,
There's always that same wonder.
When I get up before I meditate,
I go up to the,
Look up into the stars right now,
There's Perseid meteor showers.
I reach up for the stars and I ask for anything to come through that might be messages.
And again,
The sense of wonder.
When you look up at the stars,
How can you not be grateful for a chance to be alive?
And so that wonderful heart centered gratitude is important because through life and many,
Many,
Many,
Many,
Many,
Many years on this planet,
Your heart can get,
Especially if you're in the spiritual field and if you're an impact and sensitive,
Your heart can get beat up.
Relationships can do it.
Trying to bring your heart into what you're doing in your work and getting rejected as you often will,
Can do it,
But that doesn't matter.
I just recently did my latest CD,
Love Conquers All.
And it truly was for me,
The most inspired piece I've ever done that talked about that star and the light that comes to earth that changes us,
That power of that love when heaven merges with earth.
And I was expecting it to get welcomed with open arms.
I mean,
To me,
It was so beautiful,
But so far it's like,
Well,
I don't know.
It's like,
I don't know.
But I had to look back inside and just realize this was for me and spirit to bring forth.
And I can't judge the timing or the way that messages are to be received.
There's been times with some of my books that I've been two or three or four or five years kind of in front of where the latest trend was going.
I did a CD years back,
I think six years ago now,
Called A Rise Above Abuse,
Talking about women and the fact that so many women have been abused and how to overcome that,
You know,
And then I realized,
Well,
That was just a little ahead of its time.
It was before the Me Too movement.
So I was like,
Okay,
Later on that came.
So I can't question that.
I just have to go back to be grateful for the fact that spirit speaks in many ways.
And if we're really meditating and open to spirit speaking,
We have to also have faith and trust.
And I know Patricia,
You mentioned poems.
Well,
Of course that's how spirit speaks to me.
Spirit speaks to me in poems.
It wasn't until I was talking to a lady once called,
That specializes in angel,
She says,
Oh,
That's how angels communicate.
The meter and the way you write is the way certain angels communicate.
I said,
I didn't know that.
I don't know.
Throughout the years,
I've had different voices sometimes come through me.
Sometimes it was mother Mary.
Sometimes I felt it was a Christ energy.
Sometimes it's other masters,
But I just listen and write down what came.
And this just came the other day.
And it's kind of the basis of what I told you I was going to talk about,
Because my family's going through some challenges like my daughter and her husband,
He's been in the hospital.
And he has some heart issues that have to be dealt with.
And they're all a little stressed out.
And I'm going,
Well,
You know,
A lot of people would think that this is really a terrible thing,
You know,
In a life and death.
And I've learned,
You know,
That sometimes that's the drama that we do experience,
But it's in the depth of those hard times that we really,
Really,
Really grow.
It's something that's not anything anyone wants to hear,
But truthfully,
We have to be grateful for the lessons that come when we're going through the hard times,
Because those are possibly the most important lessons that we can ever experience.
So I just wrote this the other day.
What would life be without the good and the bad extremes and the pain of the lessons that will teach us what we need?
And what are the moments when the light of life lifts us up to see the magnificence of this mystery on the journey,
On the way we learn to be?
As we are driven by the drama and the power of the need to experience the Dharma,
To rise above that mystery,
Would we,
Could we exchange this space and time which will free us from the karma and bring us to that higher state of mind?
So it's with gratitude and a deep bow,
We say life is what we make it,
So make the best of it each day.
And this is something that you learn in all practices on the journey,
This is something that you learn in all practices.
I've been a mystical Christian since that experience that I had when I was 15 years old,
But I also found that it's not just meditating because I can get blissed out in meditation and really feel great,
But it's the way we absorb it and put it to work in our life.
I saw this because I was working at this time in the 60s and people got into taking drugs and tried to take acid and to get high.
I realized that they may get high,
They may experience for a moment something,
But that isn't what is meant to be.
What's meant to be is the way we live it,
The way we learn from it to be able to live it in our lives,
Which isn't an easy thing.
I mean,
This is a lifetime practice.
This is something that we call an IMM practical mysticism.
There is something to that,
To be able to be a mystic and take these important lessons and share them in a way that people can understand.
It's an interesting thing.
I've been watching Ted Lasso on Apple TV,
And it's been one of the first TV series I've found where some of that positive attitude and that way of looking at life relate to me.
I didn't know anyone else could have that same kind of thing because most people say being grateful for things in life that are difficult is Pollyanna and you're not really seeing the whole picture.
But in that series,
It's interesting because I just wrote a poem called Believe,
Which has actually been turned into a song that's lovely,
That's going to be on the next children's album,
Not out yet,
But out within the next couple months.
And in Ted Lasso,
The series,
Which actually became the top rated series on Apple TV and got lots of awards,
But in this one,
There's a locker room,
It's about a soccer team and the coach that comes in has no idea what soccer is about but he puts over the locker room,
The big words,
Believe.
And I love that because that is exactly what my message is too.
And when you do believe,
You do understand and then you do have gratitude.
I'll close with this poem I wrote.
Lord,
Thank you for the flowers that blossom from the soil and the winds soft fragrance and spirits silk and embrace it holds.
Thank you for your guidance and how you show the way,
The grace that leads us on each and every day.
When things get heavy and this last few years,
It's been the case,
Give me the strength to turn within and to you find that place where I can pray.
Thank you God for being there when I look up to the skies and when I walk in nature,
I feel your presence by my side.
There's so much to be grateful for.
It brings a blessed smile and then I find the love I need to make this life worthwhile.
Gratitude,
Gratitude.
Thank you.
Oh,
That was beautiful.
Oh,
Cindy,
I love those gratitude poems.
If you don't mind,
If you could either send them to me or post them yourself,
I would be happy to post them if you send them to me.
And yeah.
Yeah,
No,
No.
In fact,
I thought about doing the gratitude album with some of these poems doing it as a spoken word album,
Maybe because gratitude works as you know.
Gratitude is a great gift.
Yeah,
It opens us to so much more.
It's a constant appreciation and acknowledgement of the source of our good.
So yeah,
This was wonderful.
Thank you.
I know there's so much that you have to share and I hope that this won't be the last time that you come on and share in some capacity with our group.
I was wondering,
Is there some way that you can share some closing message that you would like to give our group before we sign off?
It always comes back to going within as you know it and finding that light you talk about so beautifully.
That living light is alive within you.
That living light that is the source of everything,
That's the source of all is right there within us.
And when we connect with that light within and bring that into our heart and find that light of love within our heart,
Then we can share that.
That beautiful light of love expands out around us in ways we can't even know it actually can change the universe.
So we can never and we should never lessen the love of that light.
And we should never diminish that light in us or in anyone else.
So we need to honor that light of love within our heart every single morning,
Every single day,
Every night before you go to sleep,
You know,
A bow of gratitude to that gift,
To that gift that we have of that God source within.
It is and it really,
When we establish that as like through daily meditation and prayer,
It really wakes us up to who we really are,
These spiritual beings in this human experience.
And I think unfortunately the majority of people have not realized that.
I know it,
I'm still realizing that,
I forget,
You know?
And so this wake up is waking up to who we really are and that inner power and inner love,
That love that we are.
So I just,
I think you've done marvelous things in your life.
Oh my gosh,
We could talk for an hour,
But.
Well,
You know,
That's my field,
Right?
That is what I do for a living,
I talk.
Oh,
Wow.
Well,
You have so many gifts and I'm so glad that you shared some of them with us tonight.
So thank you for being a member of our group.
Thank you,
Thank you so much.
I love what you're doing.
I know your gifts are gonna really expand.
I see so much of what you're doing growing and growing.
And I thank you for being dedicated to this journey.
Oh,
Thank you,
Cindy,
So much.
And thank you everyone for being on the video,
Either live or later.
So we're so happy with every one of our members in our group.
Thank you,
Cindy,
Again.
Aloha,
Bye-bye.
Bye-bye.
