Aloha,
I'm Reverend Cindy Palos and I wanted to talk about the process I go through in meditation and then writing down what I've gotten.
It's a process I've been going through all my life since I've been 13 years old,
Which is a long,
Long time.
And this has been an amazing journey into connecting where we go in meditation to all these other realms and dimensions that we ignore sometimes when we're busy with our everyday living.
And through this process of writing down what comes to me,
I have found some very interesting things.
Number one,
I've found that I really should not doubt what comes to me.
You have to trust,
You have to trust that deeper part of yourself is able to speak to you.
Because if you doubt it,
You're blocking it.
You're not having faith in yourself and you're not having the ability to believe that there are messages that can come through to you.
So I found through time that God is more than just one thing and God is everything.
So we can find out a lot about life and ourselves through our life and by seeing what we see in our life and others.
But we can also go a little further in our meditation than we might have really ever thought.
Because the mind thinks,
Dissects and defines and it does its job very well in computing what's going on.
It's like a great computer.
But the mind is limited in that sense that when you go into the soul and you go into the light,
You can go into the mind of God.
You can go into God consciousness.
You can go into Christ consciousness.
You can go into cosmic consciousness.
And that doesn't necessarily compute with our part of our brain that we use for defining and dividing and computing.
So I'm going to talk about how we can allow to break through that.
We can allow ourselves to reset our mind to break through that.
So first it'd be helpful just to get relaxed and allow ourselves to be present.
Present with ourself and present with the presence.
Because the presence holds that spirit of God.
So just breathe in that presence and allow your mind to expand and hold it and go into the light and allow that light to come and be present in all of your mind and your body and your emotions.
I just heard a bird jump outside.
Sometimes when I meditate this bird comes and joins me.
Now that's something speaking to me,
Right?
But how does the heart speak to you?
If you go into your heart,
Can you allow your heart to speak to you?
Can you trust your heart?
To feel the love that's there for you.
And can you go beyond that love in your heart to understand that that part of your heart is part of the love that's present in all of creation.
I wrote this a while back.
And every now and then when someone says,
I don't believe in God or they have a problem with the word of God,
I will go to this.
God speaks to us in oh so many ways.
The beauty in this world we see where we try to capture it and share it.
How do we interpret the glory of the sunrise that is lit with spirits fire?
I saw a sunrise like this this morning that was just beyond words.
It was heavenly.
And you could see God's presence in this sunrise.
Now we've all seen a sunrise or sunset like that,
Right?
That's alive with that presence.
We all understand that universal language,
The beauty of nature,
The energy of the mountains,
The power of the oceans that inspire us.
We all can relate to the innocence in a baby's face or the amazing look of an elder or someone who's close to passing on and the lines that surpass love in that wisdom in the eyes of the elder's face.
And in children sometimes we see that laughter and hear it and we understand.
And saying I love you.
God paints this beauty across the skies and it's given to us for free to see the infinite blessings of creation.
And they're all given to us for free.
Now I know that God speaks to me through music.
And I hear it in the calling of the birds.
I get up early and the birds call.
I hear it in the waves that crash on the shore and the cliffs.
I certainly hear the amazing symphony of sounds that life brings.
You know and at times God speaks to us so loudly we can't ignore it.
Sometimes like that I try to capture a scene in a photo or write down words to remind me of how astounding it is.
The language of the Lord isn't one language.
It's universal and it's true and everyone can appreciate that beauty.
We have so many ways to listen.
If we can just take the time we'll find that God is speaking to us in every moment of time.
So if we go back to our place here inside,
That place in the light of our soul,
And we can allow from that place understanding that's so pure and that energy that has followed you from lifetime to lifetime.
And if we go to this place and allow ourself to be part of that spirit that is present in our soul.
You may hear these words,
You may hear sounds in a new way,
You may find that living energy,
That breath of spirit.
You may sense the touch of an angel's wings as it unfolds you and holds you.
Right now let's imagine that there is a guardian angel here with us right now.
A guardian angel that loves you unconditionally for who you really are and sees your whole life journey and purpose.
And that angel's coming in and surrounding you,
Just surrounding you with love.
That angel's there to protect you,
To help guide you to your true purpose.
Let's breathe in that power of that love.
And let's just feel the presence of that angel above us six feet more,
More,
More.
Okay.
I'm forgetting that it's more like 12 feet below you and either side of you and in front and around you.
Have you ever seen an angel?
I have seen an angel and the angel's presence is much larger than a person.
Very full of light and love.
So right now feel that protective light and that love.
And just allow yourself to breathe it in and breathe it out.
To breathe it in and to breathe it out.
Let's just be aware in this moment of the miracle of each breath.
The miracle that this moment holds with a message for you of love.
Each moment has such power.
Each moment helps us to be aware of these messages from God and this magnificent creation that you are,
That is part of the cosmic energy alive in each star.
This beautiful,
Beautiful creation is a miracle to behold.
It truly is.
You are a miracle,
A living miracle.
Can you just believe that?
Can you be aware of the miracle of this life,
This love that's there in you?
Can you embrace it and honor it and share it unconditionally with that love that is unconditional in your heart of hearts?
Just allow that light and love to grow and to burn bright and let it redeem and restore and renew you.
Let it fill your whole life.
Now slowly breathe in,
Coming back out of this meditation.
And allow yourself to receive any messages,
Any words that might have come to you while you were here so that you can write them down and share them.
Maybe it was one word,
Maybe it was a thought,
Maybe it was an energy.
But honor that beautiful,
Beautiful energy and know that God speaks to you in so many ways.
Take the time,

Take the time to believe and share what you get.
So many beautiful gifts that are given every day for free,
Every moment for free.
