I turn away from the outer world that surrounds me to enter into the innermost world of my own mind,

Soul,

And spirit.

And as I do this now,

I take and turn the energy that I normally use for physical sight back in upon myself.

For with my eyes closed,

I reverse the energy normally used for physical sight and turn it now back in,

In upon myself,

Into my own mind.

So that the energy that I have used for physical sight may now be used to visually explore the inner realms of my mind.

My consciousness.

And so now moment by moment,

Breath by breath,

I move into myself,

Into the higher and deeper levels of consciousness within me.

And so now I reverse all of my outer senses,

Inward.

My sense of sound,

Of smell,

Of taste,

Of feeling,

All is turned inward now.

As if now all of the millions of cells of my body,

Like millions of tiny sensing,

Feeling instruments,

Have turned their attention away from the world that surrounds me.

To enter into the innermost world now of my own mind.

As if each of the millions of cells of my body is like a single eye,

Each and every one.

As if millions of eyes now are looking into my body,

Looking within my body.

So that the combined energy of all of those millions of cells,

As millions of eyes looking within now,

Become as one single eye.

One eye looking within myself.

And so my mind and senses are totally reversed in upon the innermost being within me.

And so heartbeat by heartbeat,

Pulse beat by pulse beat,

I move further and further in to my own innermost consciousness.

For my innermost consciousness now increasingly becomes as a visual field,

A field of higher perception.

And I am in the midst of that higher perception.

My inner visual field starting in the interior region of my forehead,

Which is as an inner viewing screen.

And so let me feel and sense and look into in my mind's eye the interior region of my forehead,

Which is as an inner viewing screen to be able to see within my own mind.

And as I think and feel this now,

Let me feel that that visual screen can extend and expand to the size of the whole interior of my head.

As if the interior of my head now was a viewing screen,

A viewing screen containing the consciousness of my deeper and higher mind.

And as I think this now,

Let me feel that the entirety of the upper torso of my body can be as a visual screen down to the base of my spine.

As if that portion of my body is hollow and I can look into it,

See down into it.

Therefore now my mind is open to visual sense impressions within the interior region of my forehead,

Within the interior of the complete part of my head area,

And down into the upper torso of my body down to the base of my spine.

All this area of my body now open and receptive to sense,

To feel,

To receive visual impressions from within.

As if my head and my body contains one singular eye,

One field of sight that can see within myself and beyond myself.

Let me thus feel that the consciousness that is within me can extend infinitely in all directions beyond me.

That on a higher level and frequency of energy,

Whatever is within me can exist within anything,

Anywhere,

Not limited by time or space or physical matter.

That my consciousness cannot only exist throughout the universe on a physical level but on a multi-dimensional level.

So that right here,

Right now,

I am open,

Open to receive visual impressions from consciousness existing throughout the stars and the galaxies on a physical level and into higher realms of other dimensions.

I feel increasingly one with higher realities that can flow easily into my consciousness.

Colors,

Symbols,

Scenes,

Higher beings,

Higher realities of myself.

I am open.

The entirety of my body is open to receive divine sense impressions from within.

The entirety of my inner visual field is part of the visual field of the Infinite.

All that has ever been seen,

I am open to seeing right here,

Right now,

Within myself.

For as I see within,

So I see beyond.

For what is within me is infinitely beyond me.

The life force that is within me is as a primal energy existing everywhere as if a field of infinite light contained within me,

Yet infinitely beyond me.

And so though I am here,

Yet I am everywhere,

And I am open to be able to see the spiritual essence and beauty contained within all things everywhere.

For the light within me is the primal energy light within all things.

And it is through the light within me that I can see into the light within all things,

And become one with all things,

And have visual impressions of the nature,

The beauty,

The love,

And the harmony of life's greatest expressions moving through me as I move through them in one endless field of infinite consciousness.

One mind,

One soul,

One heart,

One pulse.

And so my mind is as an inner flower within a field of light,

Opening its petals to the cosmos and realizing that the cosmos are at the center of that flower.

For within me is all that is,

And I am open to the spiritual realities and mysteries in visual form flowing towards me as I flow towards the visual forms,

Higher shapes,

Higher beings,

Higher realities,

So that the entirety of my body now is totally in a sense of at-one-ment with divine sight.

And I am part of the divine sight of God,

Which can see within God's own mind and behold the divine creations and the spiritual energy essence of every creation.

And so movement flows through me,

Divine movement as I flow through divine movement,

And there is no above nor below,

Nothing to the left or to the right.

There is only one visual field open to receive the divine essences and mysteries of life itself.

The mystery of my life,

The mystery of all lives,

The mystery of the life of God in the universe.

And I am as one single eye looking into itself and yet beyond itself,

To behold itself,

To know itself divine.

For my inner body is as an inner sky on a spiritual and cosmic level that extends as a sky infinite in its proportions.

And I am in the midst of that sky.

In fact,

I am the sky and all that the sky contains on a spiritual level.

I am part of the underpinnings of all of matter,

Part of the energies upon which matter is constructed.

I am part of the source and the source is part of me.

And there is one sight,

One mind,

A mind that can see into itself and behold all of its creations in its divine imaging.

For I am part of the mind of God that has imaged the entirety of the universe within itself.

And so now I am part of that inner visualization of God.

For I am one with the sight of God,

In this sight of God,

One with the eye of God.

For I see within and thus beyond,

Into the beauties of the kingdom of heaven,

Into other dimensions of higher existence.

I am in the midst of a cosmic visual field.

I am the visual field.

I am inseparable from the divine sight of God.

The Father,

Mother God and I are as one singular field of visual reality.

And thus I see with my mind,

Within my mind and through my mind,

Into the mind of God and Spirit.

For what God sees within God's eye,

I see also having entered God's eye as God's eye of the soul has entered me.

One mind,

One divine visual field of sight.

And so here I am in an ascent of consciousness into higher realms of awareness.

Every breath sweeping me still higher within myself,

Higher and higher into still higher realms of awareness and visual spiritual experience into the realms of angels and beyond,

Into the realms of gods and goddesses and beyond,

Into the collective consciousness of humanity and beyond,

Into the very center of the light that created it all.

One light,

One mind,

One sight,

Seen here within myself.

So according to God's understanding of what I need to experience in higher realms of visual perception within myself,

I am open to receive.

For I am under the guidance of God,

The goodness of God,

The Spirit of God as to what I see,

What I perceive.

And I am open to see within myself into the kingdoms and realms of higher consciousness and reality.

My mind is a doorway to the infinite and I pass through that doorway into great expanses of visual perception that lie before me and my soul advances into higher realms where it can see the nature and essence of its own existence and see the beauty,

The inner splendor contained within.

And so with every heartbeat I expand to the heartbeat of the universe and I am open and receptive to seeing within the mind of God as the mind of God sees within me.

One mind,

One sight,

One visual field of divine ecstasy,

Beauty,

As if love has materialized in image form here within myself.

I am that which I am,

Open to the beauty of the essence and nature of all things throughout the universe.

Whatever is higher,

Whatever is beautiful,

I am open to see and to know at its spiritual essence and creation.

For my mind,

Extended through my body,

Is a looking glass through which I can see and behold the beauties of God's creations as God sees within God's own mind.

I am open.

I am receptive.

I am the single eye of the universe that sees in to itself,

Within itself,

And knows itself to be divine.

At any time,

Whenever I meditate and seek the divine visual representations of God's mind and consciousness,

I will increasingly,

Through the love,

Care,

And protection of God,

Be more and more open to see,

To sense,

To feel the universal magnitude of the Spirit of God with which I am one here within myself.

And so I draw this period now of meditation to its conclusion,

Giving thanks for time spent with the Spirit that knows all and sees all.

And so it is.
