A prayer for speaking God's truth.
Lord,
Help me to speak to you,
And help me to speak your truth,
As I journey on the road of life with a whole new world to see,
Surrounded by new places with so many different ways to be.
And I know that as you look into the hearts and the eyes,
So can I,
Know there are truths universal that are same in each and every one.
Not the same languages,
Or the same ways to make money,
Not the same food to eat or similar culture to be.
Yet there is a similar spirit.
There is the same love that's there.
There is the same deep,
Deep caring in what you are and what we're all doing here.
There are things that are universal,
And they shall always be.
There is the same light that's in the eyes of every human being.
There is a cry to be heard when the world falls apart.
There is a common thread that lives in each and every heart.
You may not speak the same language.
You may not live in the same way.
Yet there's a common brotherhood and sisterhood that ties us all together every day.
Although so many people's ways are different,
Some truth will always ring true in all.
Look for that deep,
Deep oneness that's in the love in everyone.
Look for the light in every soul that's seeking to be free.
There is a common brotherhood alive in all humanity.
Meditation on speaking God's truth.
Go into a contemplative state of peace.
Breathe in the light of the soul.
Breathe in gratitude.
Let it go.
Breathe in love and let it fill you and let it fill every part of your being.
And realize,
No matter what you say or do,
You will always return to God's truth inside of you.
Go to that truth right now.
No,
You can't hide from what's there inside.
Be in that place of transparency.
Face the whole of who you really are right now and let yourself be.
Behold the cosmic oneness created from the fabric of all life.
Face the face of your true soul,
That eternal connection within you.
Connect with that spirit,
The spirit of God,
Alive in you and always here eternally.
Feel the strength of that eternal connection right now.
Breathe it in and know with each and every breath of life you take,
You have a choice that you can make.
You can behold the light from creation's source and you can let it guide you on your life's course.
Let that master's love that understands you be your strength and companion.
As you choose to be aware and good will will follow you as you serve the pathway here.
Feel the spirit of goodwill for all humankind.
Send that love out to all humanity.
Send that love out now to all the pilgrims on the path,
To all those who are inspired by that inner call.
Connect with them in spirit and know that we are all dedicated to a higher purpose while here,
To speak God's truth to us all.
Feel the power of that truth that cuts through everything in your heart and soul.
Align with that truth right now.
And so it is.
