A very big Aloha.
I'm Reverend Cindy Palos and I wanted to talk about how I've been considering the fact that there's been challenging times and I've certainly been going through those in my life and even more so lately and I'm thinking of why how do we put in perspective,
I guess this is a mystical perspective,
Of how we address the challenges in our life and how it calls us to reach a little higher and a little deeper inside to face them.
Now challenges can do a lot of things to you,
You know,
It can make you stress,
It can create stress,
It also can create wishes to not have to be in that particular state that's difficult,
But if you've been meditating a while,
I have been since I've been very young,
A teenager,
You learn to turn within,
You learn to go within and do some soul searching.
So soul searching is very interesting,
You know,
Because when you really need more support inside from your inner self and from God and from that source within,
Whatever you may call it or refer to it or think of it as,
Then you're driven to like go outside your personality or your personal stuff and reach a little deeper,
A little further,
A little higher and when you do that then it's driving you to expand your consciousness a little more and that's what I think is going on some.
It's not just me because I know I follow things that are going on with a large group of people that I follow on Facebook and other places that I'm seeing these things happening.
So I thought it'd be good to do a meditation on where we go to go within and do some soul searching and soul searching is always valuable,
It's always good because what happens is it makes you expand from just like a kind of center humming along,
You know,
You're humming along and everything's humming along,
To expanding that humming along to getting more energy and getting more light and reaching a little deeper within and I think that's a very valuable thing.
So without further talk about that right now,
Let's just go there,
Let's just breathe deeply in and oh gosh,
As soon as you determine just there to be aware,
You know,
You can be aware of your entire body and just take some beautiful deep dive breaths,
You know,
Breathing deeply in and holding for a second or two and then breathing deeply out.
My neck just cracked,
Thank you.
Deeply breathing in and allowing that breath to charge everything in your body and then breathing out,
Letting go.
Breathing in and expanding and breathing out,
Nothing to do except follow your breath.
Breathing in,
Holding and breathing out.
Establishing this beautiful pattern within,
With each breath going a little deeper inside and as I always like to do,
Put a wonderful circle of perfect protective white light way above you,
Through you,
Down below you,
In front of you and either side of you and behind you until you're completely surrounded in this wonderful,
Beautiful protective white light.
Breathing it in,
Letting it go and breathing it in.
Ah,
Ah,
Ah is a breath in Hawaiian.
Okay,
Now let's just check the body,
Let's do a body scan.
It's always nice to give a little gratitude to your body for serving you so beautifully.
Be aware of your feet and your ankles,
Your thighs,
Your legs in entirety.
Thank you legs for carrying me and go to the base of your spine and align that spine,
Being aware of the base of the spine and the chakra there at the base of the spine and see that beautiful,
Beautiful ruby red color there charged up.
Ah,
Going into the next second chakra and that beautiful golden orange,
Beautiful color.
Breathing it in and breathing in your third chakra,
Lovely energy in the third chakra with all the organs that are there fed by your love and digestive system.
Everything going on there deep within,
Including your lungs,
That whole area,
Your kidneys.
Oh gosh,
Thank you,
Thank you for the service you provide.
Ah,
Moving into the heart chakra,
Deep,
Deep,
Deep into that heart of your hearts.
Now when you're under stress,
You might not be aware of your heart as much because a heart has a lot that it carries with it.
This is where you allow that deeper part of your heart,
That deeper part of that heart within the heart to be present and allow that special sacred heart within the heart to glow and to grow and to expand and be aware of how it is so precious with the love that is there.
That love within the heart of your hearts.
What a beautiful gift this love is,
This unconditional love.
What a great gift.
Oh,
Thank you God for this love and allow that energy to expand up through your neck and the whole throat area and in the awareness of your third eye.
Look with your eyes closed into that precious third eye.
See the colors there,
The beautiful rainbow colors,
All kinds of beautiful shades.
Go deeply into those colors and expand your awareness of those deep colors within and the light they provide.
And now go to the top of your head,
Your crown chakra.
What a beautiful crown chakra is up there.
How expansive that crown you wear is way up above and around you.
And it gives you this protection that you can connect with your soul so beautifully through your crown.
And let that soul expand into the crown chakra so that you can be aware of the soul's energy.
Your soul served you lifetime after lifetime.
It's such a beautiful presence that guides you so well.
And if you're ever going through challenging times,
Your soul is there to support you.
So allow that soul and that soul's presence to come inside you and give you the strength and energy and perspective that you need.
What a great gift that perspective is.
Wow.
You understand what's going on so much more deeply when you understand your soul's perspective on everything.
Just be still with that energy.
Now,
What feeds the soul?
The soul's fed by the ultimate source of all energy.
Let that ultimate source of all energy come into your soul's beingness.
And as soon as you open that door,
Sense what comes to you.
Sense that inner deep connection that you have with the ultimate source of love,
The ultimate source of light,
And what it can provide you with.
And allow that source to be in control and allow it to guide you whenever you're in a challenging time.
Let it feed you.
Let it nourish you.
Let it protect you.
Breathe it in and say,
Thank you.
Ah,
Feels so good.
Allow that energy to pour back through you 100% of that energy reinforcing you.
Ah,
As it slowly comes back to your total awareness of being.
Breathe it in as you slowly come back to total consciousness and awareness and that light in your conscious everyday state of mind.
Now,
Allow whatever may have come to you from within to give you a few words of inspiration and direction so that you can make that deep connection within and within your conscious mind so that there's a bridge you're developing.
And as you do this,
Just write down a few words or whatever comes to you.
It's so beautiful to be able to open that door and that inner connection in this way.
