AI is becoming more and more integrated into our lives. How do you develop the inner awareness and connection with your true self, the deal with the AI influences? This is a talk and meditation and how we can strengthen our inner connection to be more aware of what is influencing us.

A very big aloha.

My name is Reverend Cindy Palos,

And I was just studying and listening to information about where AI is going and how quickly it's going where it's going.

That is kind of mind-boggling,

Truthfully.

It's hard to even imagine how quickly artificial intelligence is learning.

And in a way,

Very quickly we'll be able to do more than human minds can figure out itself.

It's got its pluses,

Of course,

You know,

It's helping,

I think,

In the medical research,

Pretty amazing results are coming from how it can help there.

But I think we're all smart enough to realize the danger of where AI can develop in our world situation and where it's going to go.

And the only thing I can really think of that AI will not be able to develop and control is our souls,

I'm hoping you pray,

Our souls and also our prayers and also our meditations.

Now,

I'm saying this not even knowing,

Possibly can AI pray,

Maybe meditate?

You know,

It's very mind-boggling,

But I do think there's more importance than ever in us being able to not rely on a computer or AI at times to just go back to what's inside ourselves and who we really are without the artificial assistance and the artificial intelligence directing us.

And I think we are going to have to see this more and more as we see the coming changes.

They're saying possibly even next year.

So with that in mind,

Let's really value,

Let's really,

Really digest the importance of having your own inner system in place to go to on a regular basis to have a deep connection to the source of who you are.

And as we develop that source,

And as we strengthen our connection to our own inner source,

And as we develop that strength in prayer,

And as we continue to grow in ways we get from insight into our own meditations,

I think we will have a strength that's so valuable in figuring out and mapping where our own path is going with this relationship we're no way to avoid it having with AI.

It's very,

Very fascinating.

I'm in the music field,

And I create albums,

And I'm seeing more and more and more that they are now seeing that you can use AI to create music and albums,

And it's already being used in a lot of ways of creation and production.

And I don't know how that's going to get stopped because it's so integral.

And it's also being used in movies,

You know,

Editing.

All these different practices already are using this AI.

And it's so much easier,

And it's so much cheaper that,

Yeah,

It's going to be used more and more.

But again,

Going back to what you can use within yourself,

This value,

This importance of having your own inner strength,

Your own awareness of nature,

The wind,

The light,

The insight that you get when you go within yourself,

The beauty that you can achieve in meditation and in prayer,

I don't believe that's replaceable.

I think that's actually going to be more important than ever.

More important than ever to be able to take that time daily.

In the morning is best,

And then at night when you go to sleep,

But in the morning before you get too busy,

I always start around four in the morning,

And I start my meditation.

And before,

There'll be a lot of distractions that occur once you get going.

Living in Hawaii and Maui here,

People on the East Coast are already so many hours ahead of me.

They're already wanting to get busy doing some work and stuff.

So it's even important in my meditation time,

I don't get drawn away from that meditation time.

And I use my computer,

And I use my phone when I'm meditating.

I even turn on Insight Timer that I use.

That's on my phone.

That's already there.

So the reality is,

This is a very important subject that we need to really develop.

It's a connection that we need to really strengthen and be able to call upon and refer to and use daily to be able to become very intuitive into what is our self that's real and what is coming in from other influences.

This is a very interesting subject that I think we're going to find more and more is going to have to be dealt with.

So I think that's enough talk.

How about some meditation time?

Because it is so important,

And again,

I always say,

Breath sweeps mind.

And as far as I know,

Computers don't breathe.

I don't know what they do with that,

But we know we breathe.

We know we breathe in,

And we breathe out,

And we,

When we're breathing in the beginning,

We may realize that possibly we're not sitting straight.

And we want to make sure that we have that flow of energy going through our whole system from our feet all the way up to the top of our head,

Our spine especially.

Breathing deeply in,

Ah,

Ah,

Yes,

I was cracking my neck there,

Ah,

Breathing out.

And I know I love to do ah,

Ah for breath in,

Ah in,

And ah,

Ah means that beautiful gift,

Ah,

Ah,

That breath of being that is a gift of ah,

Ah,

Spirit,

Ah,

Ah,

Just let ourselves go there.

Let ourselves continue to go deeper as we breathe.

Just close your eyes and look at the colors,

And you will start to see changing colors as you just breathe in,

And hold,

And breathe out,

Being very aware of what your energy field is like.

Breathing in,

Connecting with your higher,

Highest self,

That soul within you,

Connecting to your mind,

Connecting to your heart,

Connecting to your very being,

And putting a wonderful,

Brilliant white light all around you,

All around you,

Completely protecting you,

Above you,

Below you,

In front of you,

Behind you,

To the right and left of you,

So that you are protected in this brilliant white light that is all around you.

And now take some time to just be,

Just be aware of being,

Ah,

What happens when you just become aware,

Of becoming aware,

Where is that highest place of awareness within you?

How can you attune your highest self to the highest tune of your very essence?

Do you know your tune,

Your particular sound of your being,

Your soul energy?

Take some time and be aware of your beautiful force of energy field that is belonging to your heart and soul.

Ah,

Let it completely surround you with inspiration,

That spirit within.

Going deeper and deeper and deeper inside,

And just be aware.

What would your spirit have you know if you were using that source of inspiration as your resource to guide you?

What would that source,

Your true self,

Wish you to know?

And allow it to come to you,

And allow it to come into that resource you have within your mind that digests that information.

And now as you slowly come out of meditation,

Slowly come out and become conscious of your consciousness as you are more aware,

Take the time,

Please take the time to just reflect and write down in some form what is there that your spirit and your source would like you to be aware of,

To know.

You are developing that inner connection to the outer source,

And that inner connection will learn to find a way to communicate with you as you start to write down and connect to that inside source and what it wishes to say to you.

Ah,

Take the time to say thank you.

Thank God,

Thank you,

And I so,

So much appreciate the gift of you being here right now.

It's so beautiful knowing that I can share this with you,
