**Note: Truth does not always sound pleasant. If the mind is not really peaceful now, it might not be a perfect moment to listen to this podcast, one has to be aware of the emotions or reactions that can block one from listenING ATTENTIVELY and with HUMILITY. This talk is a meditation practice. What one needs to do is listen attentively, without getting stuck in words, examine the mind in silence, not agree or disagree, and just look at the mind as it is. Doing so is already part of true meditation.

Look at the people on this planet.

They keep holding things all the time.

Money,

All kinds of material things.

Psychologically,

The mind is also accumulating thoughts more and more,

All kinds of attachment to all kinds of material things.

But the mind is always panicking,

Always struggling to pursue something that may not be existing at all.

So let's give full attention to this issue,

To the thing which is called security.

Does it really exist or is it an illusion?

Without examining it,

The mind keeps deceiving itself,

Which manifests this very struggling life.

If this psychological security really exists,

Then we can find it.

It's done.

But obviously,

It is never done.

This psychological demand for psychological security is always there.

And I can't really fulfill myself.

The things I'm attached to can bring a temporary sense of security,

But then it begins to create issues.

And this attachment brings about this satisfaction,

Fulfillment.

But the mind mistakes that as security.

Because the mind is always pursuing that feeling,

The feeling of being fulfilled,

The feeling of being satisfied,

The feeling of privilege.

But this demand is always there.

This thirst is always there.

The mind is pursuing some feelings.

So the mind is holding onto something in the hope of replicating that feelings,

That sensations.

But as long as those things have become attachment,

The neural system begins to create issues.

Because this neural system is always dynamic.

It always resists to any attachment.

This effect can then observe this in one's life.

So this thirst implies the mind has an illusion to pursue.

The illusion of this permanently being fulfilled,

Satisfied.

It is an illusion.

The very seeking creates that illusion.

Not the things,

But the very seeking creates that illusion.

Can then observe this actually in one's life.

So the mind that is seeking psychological security is creating the illusion of having this psychological security.

When the mind stops seeking,

The mind sees immediately there's no such thing called psychological security at all.
