**Note: Truth does not always sound pleasant. If the mind is not really peaceful now, it might not be a perfect moment to listen to this podcast, one has to be aware of the emotions or reactions that can block one from listenING ATTENTIVELY and with HUMILITY. This talk is a meditation practice. What one needs to do is listen attentively, without getting stuck in words, examine the mind in silence, not agree or disagree, just look at the mind as it is. Doing so is already part of true meditation.

To really observe the psyche,

Understand the psyche,

One has to set aside this division of the inner and outer Because in that division,

We can't understand life totally Totality means no division Everything is one,

Everything is a whole And only when we really understand ourselves from the totality,

We could really understand the psyche,

This psychological world Else,

The mind is trapped in these incessant divisions,

Dualities created by the self-centered view Then we couldn't understand the self because the life,

The mind is already conditioned to that To end that conditioning is to really see our life from totality Understand how this psychological construct,

Mental construct is created by the thoughts which are running around the center,

Creating the me,

The self-centered world And this observation can't be done by anybody else You can't read books or follow any other people to understand this totality You have to be very diligent to do it by yourself,

To see clearly,

Deeply how this world is totally distorted by the self-centered view And this whole journey is meditation
