The mind that is already attached to something must go through some turbulence to let go.
If the mind avoids it,
Avoids this temporary turbulence,
The mind is always being attached to something new from one attachment to another.
Attachment,
Detachment,
Attachment,
Detachment.
You see,
This mind is always escaping,
Translating,
Avoiding.
Therefore it can't understand at all.
Can one shadie act now?
Negate all those illusions totally.
Pay full attention to this moment,
To the thoughts,
To everything.
Which also means letting go of everything,
Mentally.
And when you are doing that,
The mind is actually seeing the fact.
The mind can receive the message from the speaker without any translating,
Because such a mind is observing by itself.
So you see,
The real challenge is letting go.
The mind is so attached to its own personal experience.
The whole living is based on this personal experience.
It thinks it is unique,
But actually it's not.
It's the same pattern repeated over and over across different people.
Can one let go of one's personal experience?
This personal experience is some thoughts,
Memory,
Which has a center which is called me.
The mind registers with numerous images about me.
Life is full of all kinds of personal narratives,
Bringing about all kinds of tiny sensations that belong to me.
But they are all thoughts,
They are all illusions.
The mind is always thinking about its own content,
Which is collected from all kinds of sources.
But the mind is never thinking.
Thinking and thinking about something is different.
This reward,
Everybody is thinking about something different,
So it's become utterly personal,
Individualistic.
But if one is really thinking,
Not about something,
One is paying attention to its own thinking patterns.
Therefore,
There's only thinking,
Not about something.
And when we are doing this,
We are thinking together.
So can one let go of the content of the thinking?
Not think about something,
But just think to pay attention to the patterns of thinking.
To really let go of this personal experience,
Which is an illusion.
