**Note: Truth does not always sound pleasant. If the mind is not really peaceful now, it might not be a perfect moment to listen to this podcast, one has to be aware of the emotions or reactions that can block one from listenING ATTENTIVELY and with HUMILITY. This talk is a meditation practice. What one needs to do is listen attentively, without getting stuck in words, examine the mind in silence, no agree or disagree, just look at the mind as it is. Doing so is already a meditation practice.

The self,

The me,

Thrives on blaming.

One can be blaming oneself or blaming others.

No matter which one is blaming,

The object doesn't matter.

What really matters is the blame itself.

The mind blames.

The self,

The ego,

Thrives on it.

There are many forms of blaming.

Condemning,

Judging are all the forms of blaming.

Even regretting is also a form of blaming.

To understand the consequence of the blaming,

One has to understand what is suffering.

The suffering finally incites the blaming on the self,

On others.

The mind is full of bitterness,

Aggression.

What makes the blaming so powerful?

Which gives the strength to the blaming?

What we are really blaming for?

When I blame myself,

Am I blaming what?

Isn't it an image about the self?

And the mind identifies itself with that image.

So the blaming becomes very powerful.

The mind identifies itself with the image,

Making the image very true.

And the attack on that image,

Which is blaming,

Becomes powerful.

So we are all living in images,

In thoughts,

In the identification with all those images,

Symbols,

And thoughts.

In such a way of living,

There is a huge space for blaming.

It seems that the blaming is an outlet for the angry feelings,

Either towards oneself or others.

But that very blaming actually reenhances the identification with the image,

Only brings about the turbulence of the mind when this inner attack is taking place.
