Let's examine the mind together,
To look at it with all the energy to look,
To observe,
To understand what is really on the mind in this conscious world which is full of turbulence,
Chaos,
Issues.
Meditation is not only about sitting and a filled breath,
Which is only a small corner of the total thing which is called life.
To meditate is not to seek method to meditate,
It is more about to know,
To really understand what is meditation.
Seeking a method to solve the issues sounds convenient,
Sounds intuitive,
But what is behind this seeking is still the desire,
The wanting,
The craving,
Which are creating issues all the time.
In other words,
Seeking a method itself is part of the issues.
So meditation is to be aware of this,
To be aware of over conditioning,
All kinds of conditioned thoughts,
Mental habits,
To set the mind free from any pattern,
Any mechanical living,
To understand how the neuron works,
Which means how the life goes.
Because what we feel from life is all the consequence of the neuron activities.
Without understanding how the neuron works,
How the mind works,
The life is very superficial,
Full of all kinds of issues,
Challenges,
Problems.
So understanding how the neuron works,
How the mind works is to understand this vast field,
Which is called life.
