**Note: Truth does not always sound pleasant. If the mind is not really peaceful now, it might not be a perfect moment to listen to this podcast, one has to be aware of the emotions or reactions that can block one from listenING ATTENTIVELY and with HUMILITY. This talk is a meditation practice. What one needs to do is listen attentively, without getting stuck in words, examine the mind in silence, not agree or disagree, just look at the mind as it is. Doing so is already part of true meditation.

This journey,

Self-inquiry,

Is a long journey because you had to do it all by yourself to really understand the life deeply.

Understand this world deeply.

The me is the world.

The world is me.

The whole content of this consciousness running through the head is me.

This outer world is the inner projection.

How I feel,

How I react,

How I interpret,

How I think.

The outer is inner.

The inner is outer.

But for most people,

The mind has this division of the inner and outer.

Something outside,

Something in here,

That's most people's life to maintain this boundary between the inner and outer.

If one looks closely,

One will find out this division of the inner and outer is merely some psychological activities.

The feeling of something inside is the consequence of the self-centered activities,

Which means that the thoughts are running in the head around the center.

And that center creates its own space,

Which is me,

Which is the inside.

Through that view,

The self-centered view,

There's something outside.

To understand our life,

We have to observe closely this division of the inner and outer.

Those things that seem to be outside,

It's still the projection from inside.

It is all part of the activities of the psyche.
