The mind,
Which is personal,
Is always thinking,
Translating through the content it has generated,
Collected.
Then creating more content,
The burden becomes bigger and bigger.
Can we let go of this totally?
When the mind is really thinking,
Not about something,
There's no such thing called personal experience at all.
And this dialogue between you and the speaker is impersonal.
But if you are being personal now,
The mind is translating,
The mind is deceiving.
Therefore,
We are not under similar relevance.
Being personal creates such a wall that only usless oneself.
So the art of listening is letting go.
So the mind is really empty.
No thoughts,
No lens to distort the message it receives.
And only when the mind is empty,
The mind is observing itself.
And only then it is possible to communicate.
So this quality of mind matters.
A mind is able to let go of everything.
A mind is free of any attachment.
And this can be done by you now.
When the mind is giving full attention,
The energy is no longer visited by the illusions,
By all kinds of personal experiences.
So this energy is being used to inquire,
To understand,
To think differently,
Not about something,
But think properly,
Think adequately.
This inquiry,
In this way,
We are all acting.
We are all observing,
Letting go.
And we are really together.
Else the mind is being fragmented.
This oscillation continues.
This outer individualism continues.
Such a living becomes not mere.
So to listen attentively is to let go of all the things the mind has accumulated.
The mind stays fresh,
Stays humble,
To see the fact actually.
And the very doing so is the meditation,
The true meditation.
Period.
