Isolation Is Created By Thoughts & The Mind Is Turbulent

**Note: Truth does not always sound pleasant. This moment,

Let's meet truly together,

To understand ourselves together,

By thinking together,

Inquiring together.

The mind is trapped by numerous things,

Creating all kinds of illusions.

The mind is trapped in its own illusion,

Fantasy,

Speculation,

To maintain this so-called mental stability.

Indeed,

The mind is going through turbulence in its modern world,

In this materialistic world.

To understand this turbulence is not to start it in separation,

In isolation.

Because if the mind is doing that,

The mind is conditioned to this isolation,

Without going through this isolation.

Demolish the wall by this isolation.

Merely studying oneself is self-deceptive.

Actually,

We can't really study ourselves in isolation.

But look at this world.

This isolation,

Which manifests this egoism,

Individualism,

Commercialism,

Is so deep-seated,

Deep-rooted in civilization.

The boundary between people is so deep.

Every mind is controlling,

Is conforming,

Is imitating,

To maintain this division between people.

So,

This mind that is trapped in this isolation is inevitably turbulent.

This turbulence reflects this world that is purely based on thoughts.

The viewpoints,

Theories,

Thoughts from the politics,

From the consumerism,

The commercialism,

From every corner of the living,

Is dividing the mind.

This whole life is purely based on these consciousness activities,

With numerous thoughts,

Views,

Rules.

It is full of contradictions,

Conflicts,

And confusion.
