**Note: Truth does not always sound pleasant. If the mind is not really peaceful now, it might not be a perfect moment to listen to this podcast, one has to be aware of the emotions or reactions that can block one from listenING ATTENTIVELY and with HUMILITY. This talk is a meditation practice. What one needs to do is listen attentively, without getting stuck in words, examine the mind in silence, no agree or disagree, just look at the mind as it is. Doing so is already a meditation practice.

The world is me.

Me is the world.

What is the world like?

It's merely inner projection of thoughts,

Perceptions.

This world is chaotic.

This world is turbulent.

This world is full of confusion.

That's most people's psychological activities.

In this modern world,

We have wonderful technique.

All kinds of development,

Progress have been made outwardly.

Improving our life greatly,

But inwardly.

Has the mind gone through some progress?

Or there's no change at all?

We keep changing the world outwardly,

But rarely is there a change inwardly.

All the issues,

All the mental challenges are repeated generation by generation in different forms,

But the same thing.

Ultimately,

Nowadays we are all using internet,

Creating such a scenario of connection.

But when we ask ourselves deeply,

Are we really connected?

The connection by verse,

By images does not seem to be the connection inwardly.

In this superficial world,

The more we are connected via the internet,

The more separated we feel inwardly.

Beneath this superficial connection created by the internet is the tremendous issue of the mind that is trapped by the self,

By the ego.
