Living in this world is never easy.
There are so many contradictions,
So many ideas,
So many verses,
Talks,
So many confusions.
It is so easy for the mind to get lost in such a world.
Being lost,
The mind is pushed away by this world more and more with all kinds of hurts,
Challenges.
To meditate,
Which is not an entertainment,
But a very serious way to inquire into the self,
Understanding all those confusions of life.
For most people,
The life is based on thoughts.
This whole mental construct of the society,
Which is running through the head of everyone in the society,
Is merely some thoughts,
Ideas,
What should be,
What should not be.
When the mind is trapped in such a mental construct,
The mind loses the vitality.
Life becomes extremely passive,
Always being pushed,
Driven,
Pressured.
There are so many rules,
There are so many definitions of this and that.
And definitely,
It's a struggle for the mind to conform to that.
To meditate is to see whether the mind really needs to conform to that or not.
Or that's not a real life,
That's not a way of living.
Rather than simply conforming to the rules,
The things specified by the authority,
The mind stands alone to examine,
To verify,
To see whether it's meaningful to simply follow.
In that examination,
The mind begins to see the situation clearly.
Can I live a life that simply stands alone without following anyone or anything,
Without being influenced by anything?
Can I be alone really to steer the life through these kills?
Such an inquiry itself is part of the meditation and also a part of the serious living in this world.
