Most time of life we are e-skipping.
E-skipping from what is actually into all kinds of pleasure seeking activities,
All kinds of verbal positivity,
Illusions.
In that e-skipping,
Fear appears.
Out of fear,
The mind is e-skipping into more pleasure.
And this life is restless,
Chaotic,
Turbulent.
The mind keeps catering.
The mind is controlling to maintain a momentary mental stability which is so vulnerable.
Any small disturbance can easily collapse the mind.
The mind is becoming narrower and narrower,
Pattier and pattier,
More and more fragmented.
But the peace is more and more difficult to calm.
This whole world is restless,
Propelled by the fear.
It is not your fear,
My fear,
It is fear.
The mind is isolated by itself and propelled by its anxiety,
Worry.
And this pleasure becomes something one creeps,
Becomes a drug.
But the mind is suffering.
It is what is,
Actually.
So this moment,
Can you stop seeking anything?
Can you simply be with what is?
Never run away from it,
Never escape.
Just stay with this moment.
Can you do that?
Obviously,
You can,
As long as you get all the energy which are being dissipated and wasted in all kinds of thoughts,
Illusions.
With that kind of energy,
One can inquire,
Observe and understand,
And stay fully with this moment.
Stay with what is,
Actually,
Or else the energy is being wasted all the time,
By thoughts,
By illusions,
By all kinds of pleasure-seeking activities.
The mind has no rest,
Only restlessness.
