The very authentic way of asking why is to empty the thoughts Is to observe totally my curiosity,
My tendency to seek The tendency to be inquisitive,
Curious The tendency to enjoy gossip In that seeing,
In that observing,
In that inquiring By this asking why,
Seriously,
The mind is emptying itself Or else the mind is still into the ideas,
Gossips,
Solutions,
Theories The mind is very inquisitive And in that state,
The asking why only brings about more details,
More thoughts That is not meditation at all So you see,
Meditation is to understand the structure of thoughts To understand thoughts,
One must step back Or else when the mind is trapped in thoughts,
The mind simply can't understand thoughts at all Any theory,
Any new views,
Opinions are only adding to the existing thoughts And this process is rather easy to take place Because the mind is so easily into the thoughts,
Into the grooves of the thoughts So this self-inquiry,
This observation where the observer,
Which is me,
The ego,
Is totally absent Is very counterintuitive What is intuitive is the groove of thoughts Everything is easily sliding along that groove That is very intuitive,
But that is also very dangerous To observe,
To understand,
It is counterintuitive Wisdom is also counterintuitive Because the wisdom is out of this observing,
This thorough understanding And the mind is observing itself by not being trapped by thoughts
