**Note: Truth does not always sound pleasant. If the mind is not really peaceful now, it might not be a perfect moment to listen to this podcast, one has to be aware of the emotions or reactions that can block one from listening attentively and with humility. This talk is a meditation practice. What one needs to do is listen attentively, without getting stuck in words, examine the mind in silence, not agree or disagree, just look at the mind as it is. Doing so is already a meditation practice.

To live a life in order,

Not the order imposed by the authority,

But to live a life with an inner order.

To live properly,

The mind must understand what is disorder in actuality.

So the very way of seeing clearly the disorder as what is,

Is to remove all the layers of the abstractions.

To observe how the mind is involved in numerous incessant layers and layers of the abstraction.

All kinds of illusions,

Goals,

Ideas,

Concepts.

Such a mind is unable to see what is really going on at this moment.

And a mind which is really living at this moment is impossible to live in abstraction.

Because this moment is what is,

Is the actuality.

But when the mind is translating this moment into a concept,

The mind is no longer at present.

The mind is trapped in the abstraction again.

So to meditate in the authentic way is to drop all the abstractions immediately.

Which means that the mind sees the force,

The illusion created by the abstraction.

So the mind sheerly acts.

Action only belongs to this moment.

Via sheer action,

The mind is living,

Living at this moment.

So a life which is really at this moment is a life full of sheer action.

Without sheer action,

The thoughts continue.

Layers and layers of abstraction continue.

The mind is trapped simply in there.

And the mind which is trapped in abstraction is violent.

A mind that is violent is not at peace.

And the mind which is at peace truly must be free from any kind of violence.
