To meditate is to really see this clearly.
That is what is actually taking place now.
But in this process of control,
The mind is seeking pleasure.
Therefore,
The mind is into illusion.
The mind is full of fear,
Which only propels the mind to seek more pleasure,
More control.
The control has permeated into almost every corner of living.
That is really horrific.
But the mind just can't see what is actually taking place now.
Setting aside all the illusions,
You and the speaker only belong to this moment.
This is a hard fact nobody can deny.
But why don't you see it?
You can see it,
Can't you?
If you give full energy,
All your energy to this moment,
You must be able to see it.
And when you are really seeing that you belong to this moment,
You will inevitably ask,
What is the point of control mentally?
When I give full energy to this moment,
Which means that the energy is no longer wasted,
Dissipated by thoughts,
By illusions,
This whole living is alive.
It's like a flower,
It flowers without any control.
The flower only belongs to this moment.
It happens naturally.
When the mind is fully at this moment,
There is no me,
There is no controller,
No control.
This moment is really existing.
Life continues at this moment.
But as long as there is control,
The mind is into illusion.
In other words,
The illusion is born out of control.
And when the mind is in illusion,
The mind is no longer at this moment.
And the mind is full of control,
Full of trouble,
Issues.
So as long as the mind is not at this moment,
The mind must be in control.
Therefore,
It must be in illusion.
And it must be struggling.
And in that struggle,
Pleasure becomes so important.
So the mind seeks pleasure to alleviate the struggle.
But the mind which is seeking pleasure is full of fear.
So the mind is seeking more pleasure,
Therefore more illusion,
Therefore more control.
You see,
This is such a vicious circle.
Only leads to the self-destruction.
The mind will go crazy until you really act now.
You only belong to this moment,
This moment.
