To solve all the issues,
We tend to seek solutions to them.
Hopefully we can follow some methods,
Some steps to get rid of the issues.
We tend to externalize the issue's mind,
But in that externalization it creates the conflict between the inside and outside.
Why do we feel there's inside,
There's outside?
Isn't it because the sense of self that creates such a wall which demarcates the inside and outside?
When the self is active,
There's all kinds of self-concern,
Self-indulgence.
Nowadays,
People only care about themselves and they look around.
Every day it's doing the same,
Creating a feeling that there's inside,
There's outside.
The inside is me,
The concept of me,
The content of the consciousness,
The image about myself,
My name,
My education,
My past appearance,
My family,
My work,
My social status,
My title.
All of those become the content of the inside.
Anything that's walking around the me belongs to the inside.
So my effort,
My struggle,
My ambition,
The outside is everything else.
Other people,
The earth,
The universe,
The forest,
The sky,
I don't care.
I only care about myself.
I want to be successful.
I want to be respected.
I want to be approved.
I want to be applauded.
In that state,
The inside overrides the outside.
The everything around me is doing the same.
We feel it's normal.
It's normal that we care about ourselves.
It's normal that we are destroying the earth.
But in that state of mind,
When it's never peaceful,
The mind is turbulent and the mind keeps seeking pleasure in the hope of getting rid of all the turbulence.
But it only adds more chaos to the mind.
Then this struggle is everywhere.
People around me are also struggling.
And we feel normal.
Yeah,
It's normal that we struggle.
You see?
The same pattern.
