Welcome back.

We've established clarity.

Today we focus on the second C.

Context.

Have your revised prompt from day three ready.

We'll be adding to it.

Context is everything the AI needs to know about the frame of the conversation.

The tone,

Style,

Length or audience.

When you provide rich context you are essentially saying show not just tell.

You are showing the AI the exact format and quality you want.

By way of example when drafting that team agenda context means specifying the tone,

It could be supportive,

The format,

Perhaps a bulleted list and adding a necessary lens like an inclusivity lens.

This helps you guide the AI toward a more humane and intelligently designed output.

Let's use our body to create a sense of internal stability and resilience which helps us give rich context to our AI partner.

We'll practice inner resourcefulness.

Take a moment to settle in to your body.

Breathe a long exhale.

Recovering your dignified posture.

Gently recall a time you felt resourceful,

Calm and fully capable.

Perhaps when you successfully led a team or navigated a challenge.

Notice what that state feels like in your body.

A sense of weight or lift in your chest.

You are integrating resilience.

Carry that centered resourceful feeling into your task.

This trains your human operating system.

Breathe into this feeling of internal capability.

Our key takeaway is that a centered state helps you write a more specific clear prompt by focusing on the context you need.

For today's gentle invitation,

Take the clear specific prompt you created yesterday and add a layer of context.

For example,

Use a supportive and transparent tone and format the output as a bulleted list with an explicit inclusivity lens for a hybrid team.

Tomorrow we master the third C,

Conversation and ethical guardrails.

Thank you for practicing today and see you here tomorrow for day five.
