Welcome to our first session on Your Body is the Shortcut to AI Confidence.

I'm Charisse Tabak,

And I'm so glad you're here.

Ready to move from overwhelm to agency with artificial intelligence.

For two decades,

I guided Fortune 500 brands through digital transformation.

What I learned is this.

All that technical change is actually managed by a human nervous system.

My passion is helping professionals like you navigate this future with clarity,

Confidence,

And calm by integrating AI literacy with embodied leadership.

If the thought of AI brings up stress,

That feeling of,

I can't keep up.

No,

This is completely normal.

Our objective today is simple.

To recognize that stress and use your body,

Your greatest tool,

To find a calmer state for learning.

But first,

A quick insight.

Stress hijacks learning.

When we feel anxious about new technology,

Our bodies can flood with cortisol.

Activating the sympathetic or fight-flight response.

Learning is difficult from that state.

The good news is that confidence is a posture,

Not just a concept.

We're going to use a simple,

Repeatable,

Physical practice now,

Known as streamlined centering.

This will help us access a more resourceful,

Confident state.

So please settle in now.

Find a posture that feels dignified and supported.

Whether you're sitting or standing.

Begin by feeling your spine lift.

Recovering that sense of a dignified posture.

Feel the connection to the surface supporting you.

Take a deep,

Gentle inhale.

And exhale long and slow down the front of your body.

Gently softening your chest.

Breathe like this once more.

A deep,

Gentle inhale.

And a long,

Grounding exhale.

Now gently expand your awareness,

Your personal space,

Out in all directions.

Feel your space fill the room.

And just offer a little smile.

And finally,

Settle.

Allow your awareness to reference the space around you.

Feeling calm,

Capable,

And connected.

Take a full,

Conscious breath here.

This practice helps you to access the parasympathetic state.

That sense of calm that allows for clarity and learning.

This is your true foundation for AI literacy.

Our key takeaway is that your centered body is the prerequisite for clear thinking.

Before you approach any challenging task,

Including learning a new AI tool,

Remember your body.

For today's gentle invitation,

Gently notice how a difficult task feels in your body.

Before and after a long exhale.
