Guided Morning Holy Meditation & Prayer. Preambles include teachings of Yeshua the Nazarene translated from Aramaic to English & the Lord's Prayer. We use a simple technique for the breath work, an ancient Sufi practice that has been part of Christianity since the time of the Apostles. We calm our nervous system by grounding ourselves in the earth so we don’t get too heady and float too high too soon and instantly we feel whole and secure. We rejuvenate our senses through the Elements in Aramaic, and it serves as a reminder that our breath is already united with The Holy Breath, also known as The Holy Spirit. We will then go deeper, meditating on the ACIM W.44 Affirmation "God is the light in which I see". By taking this time in the morning to connect with Jesus, the peace that you feel from this practice, will naturally radiate to all subjects in your day ahead.

This is a beginner's morning guided meditation practice recorded by Miracles.

Fishdon'tclimbtrees.

If you and I are to fulfill our purpose and be instruments of healing in this world,

It is vital we are quiet enough to hear the inner voice that is always silently speaking to us and we live our way as a statement of our understanding of His guidance.

And we live in such a way that when we are going about our day,

The way we are with those we meet in person and virtually,

The way we are when we are facing pain,

And the way we are when we are experiencing joy,

It is all part of the deepest wisdom statement that you are able to make.

It is in truth of your deepest being that you listen inwardly with a quiet mind as often as you can today.

Make this your first priority in everything that you do and be a light in the world.

The preambles include teachings of Jesus in Aramaic and use direct translations of His words from Aramaic to English.

Nothing is lost in translation.

This practice also includes the teachings of A Course in Miracles and the teachings included in the Circle of Atonement publication of A Course in Miracles.

If you haven't heard of these teachings before,

Please stay and continue to listen.

All meditation traditions share the same core theme,

Connecting with the living spirit.

The Holy One unites the diversity of meditations in all forms.

We will use a simple concentration technique for the breath work that comes from an ancient practice with Sufi origins that has been part of Christianity since the time of the apostles.

We will experience both the teachings and this technique in tandem by mentally silently repeating the words in the guided practice and breathing with a full conscious breath.

The true teachings and the words conveyed come directly from a beautiful mystic called Jesus who lives in the hearts and minds of all the subjects that live in the universe.

His healing words are miracles in themselves and carry such magnetism and atmosphere of His own connection to the Holy One.

So potent are they,

They transport us all,

Connecting us all back to the nurturing parent of the cosmos.

To the blessed one who is listening now,

Please use the name of God that lives in your heart.

Everyone is welcome.

This is a beginner's morning guided meditation that can lead you to the Course in Miracles meditation lesson of the day or be used as a preamble for your chosen meditation practice.

Meditation was made for human beings and is as natural to practice as our capacity is for breathing.

As we see throughout A Course in Miracles and it increases its momentum throughout the workbook,

We are instructed to meditate throughout our whole day using the shorter practices constantly affirming the lesson title that is a daily affirmation to remind us of our true identity,

Habitually ask for intervention and to be vigilant and not succumb to the as used thought system.

A Course in Miracles meditations,

Most traditions and sadhanas advise setting yourself up in the mornings so you don't succumb to the fear that can sweep you away and keep you under the influence of the as used thought system.

The Holy Spirit is willing to heal our perception at any moment if we are present for it.

True knowledge and true vision are our true nature.

But whilst we still see separation,

We are still seeing the world through the as used perception based reality.

Our morning practice today,

We first calm our nervous system by grounding ourselves to the earth so we don't get too heady and float too high too soon.

Grounding ourselves collects our fragmented self and instantly we feel whole and secure.

We refresh our senses with the elements in Aramaic and we will be reminded that our breath is already fused with the Holy Spirit.

The Holy Breath that connects us with Allah,

The Aramaic name for God which means source,

The source of all living elements here and now.

And we will then go deeper,

Into a deeper state,

Practicing A Course in Miracles meditation of the day.

We will be using lesson 44.

God is the light in which I see.

God is the light in which I see.

Whilst we have cleared the chat room of the mind,

Quietened the heart and harnessed the mental energy stream,

We can create the space for the Holy One to appear.

Who we hope will stay for a while,

Even if it's just for a second.

The wordless presence of the Holy One,

At the very least,

Elevates our consciousness,

Heals our minds and fills us with an indescribable love.

Sit peacefully now with a relaxed breath and hear these heart talks from Jesus in the Aramaic English translation.

Drink them in and relax.

In this heart teaching,

Jesus is saying we are not asked to love God just as part of ourselves,

But to see the Holy One in all.

Jesus said,

From the deepest part of yourself,

Let love be born for the rays of the One that shines around you.

From the deepest part of yourself,

Let love be born for the rays of the One that shines around you.

Let this come from your whole heart,

The centre of your life,

Your passion,

Courage and audacity.

And touch your whole subconscious self,

That instinctive soul within that scatters and gathers.

From this self,

Liberate your whole animal energy and life force to flood your entire grasping mind with love.

This is the most important command,

Uraba,

The first creative movement that empowers all others.

The second is like it.

Draw a breath of compassion for the One mysteriously drawn to live near you.

Love that Friend as you love the self that dwells within,

The subconscious that sometimes feels separate and intruding.

In this next heart teaching,

Jesus is saying,

Instead of being a mess from burdens created by a desire to possess something,

He recommends absorbing oneself in any labour that points one towards illumination and light.

He points to a metaphorical nearly ploughed field ready for planting,

Using a wheel of vortex of energy that seeks to comprehend or understand the existence of the subconscious soul self.

And once we realise our true state in the Holy One,

We find all that we could ever need and more.

Jesus said,

Why not absorb yourself in my work?

Here is nearly ploughed earth ready for a crop of guidance and illumination.

Jump into the whirlpool of wisdom,

The impassioned spiral of understanding yourself.

Here's the peace you're looking for.

In my way,

You will find a refuge of renewable energy within the struggle and grasping of your subconscious soul.

In my way,

When you wrestle for the knowledge of yourself,

The self you find finds you.

And if you knew it,

Please join me in the Aramaic Lord's Prayer.

If not,

Simply continue to breathe and relax.

And if you knew it,

Please join me in the Aramaic Lord's Prayer.

If not,

Simply continue to breathe and relax.

You may wish to adopt a prayer position.

You may wish to adopt a prayer position.

You may wish to adopt a prayer position.

You may wish to adopt a prayer position.

You may wish to adopt a prayer position.

You may wish to adopt a prayer position.

You may wish to adopt a prayer position.

You may wish to adopt a prayer position.

And if you like,

Please follow me with the Lord's Prayer.

It's translated directly from Aramaic into English.

O birther,

Father-mother of the cosmos,

Focus your light within us.

Make it useful.

Create your reign of unity now.

Your one desire then acts with ours.

As in all light,

So in all forms.

Grant what we need each day in bread and insight.

Loose the cords of mistakes binding us as we release the strands we hold of others' guilt.

Don't let surface things delude us,

But free us from what holds us back.

From you is born a ruling will,

The power and the life to do,

The song that beautified all.

From age to age it renews.

Truly power to these statements.

May they be the ground from which all my actions grow.

Amen.

Now we are preparing to sit for meditation.

Firstly,

Establish a quiet location where you can sit comfortably,

Which one assumes you are probably in.

Remember that disturbances such as noise and a wandering mind are part of the practice.

Simply note the distractions and return to the breath and the affirmation.

Our posture and breathing technique.

To begin,

We adopt an upright posture.

Our spine is straight but not rigid.

The shoulders are back and relaxed.

The sternum is lifted,

The chest is open and your hands rest gently on your knees or lap.

We are engaging now with our highest purpose to enable us to do the greatest good at any moment of any situation.

It's our decision,

True to our highest nature,

That we connect with the Holy One.

Give reverence to what you are about to do now.

This is very holy.

Close your eyes and enjoy turning your attention within.

Cultivate a sense of inner stillness and rootedness in your sitting posture.

You are vast yet grounded.

Next,

Begin to notice your breathing patterns.

Notice your inhale.

Notice your exhale.

And notice the turnaround between inhales and exhales.

Mindfully follow this for several breath cycles now.

Mindfully follow this for several breath cycles now.

Now gently intervene in your breathing pattern by extending your exhale,

Making it several seconds longer and more complete than usual.

Mindfully follow this for several breath cycles now,

Extending your exhale.

Now we add a second intervention to your breathing pattern.

We are going to extend the inhale and make that deeper and longer than usual and similarly to the length of the exhale.

Full and complete inhale followed by a full and complete exhale.

We now add the third intervention which is to count six to eight beats.

So we want to inhale for six to eight beats and then exhale for the same amount.

This makes our breath the same length,

Rhythmic and full.

We add the last intervention.

In between the inhale and exhale,

We pause for one beat.

So we are breathing in,

Pausing for a beat,

And breathing out in rhythm with a full conscious breath.

Slowly inhale for six to eight beats.

Pause for one beat.

Slowly exhale for six to eight beats.

Slowly inhale for six to eight beats.

Pause for one beat.

Slowly exhale for six to eight beats.

This is your breath for the rest of the practice.

A full conscious breath.

Just keep breathing fully and consciously and rhythmically with your awareness on the heart centre.

Feeling the breath that we share not only with our physical body but also the breath that we are sharing throughout the waves of the air,

Time and space.

We are speaking of Ruha Dukucha,

The Aramaic language that Jesus spoke.

Ruha Dukucha,

Holy Spirit,

Sacred breath which is able to touch and reach throughout all of the waves of the world and our whole universe.

Listen to these words.

Repeat them mentally and just relax.

Above all else,

Don't forget to breathe to continue the full and conscious breathing throughout.

Mentally we breathe in Alaha and we breathe out Ara.

We breathe in Alaha.

Alaha is the source of all,

The source of living elements here and now.

We breathe out Ara.

Ara is the name of the element earth in Aramaic.

Follow this for several breath cycles now.

Alaha in,

Ara out.

So connecting the earth in us,

The earth around us,

Solid within and solid underneath.

See yourself as rooted into the earth's soil.

See these roots are bedding into the nourishing soil deeply and deeply as you go,

Anchoring you firmly to the core of the earth.

Visualize this,

Feel this.

Feel a sense of standing now and being supported.

We live in a universe of subjects.

There are no objects.

Everything living.

Light particles are always connected.

Now to the next element.

Breathing in Alaha.

Breathing out Maya,

Which is water.

Breathing in Alaha.

Alaha.

Again fill our breath.

Connecting with Alaha,

The source of all.

Connecting with each other and breathing out Maya.

Follow this breath for several cycles now.

Alaha in and Maya out.

You could say all the water within us,

Around us is renewed now,

Revitalized.

Water becomes conscious of itself through us,

In ourselves,

In our muscles,

In our connective tissue,

In our lymphatic system.

Continuing now on to the fire and the light.

Alaha in.

Nura out.

Nura in Aramaic is both fire and light.

Feeling the warmth of our solar plexus and the radiance of light and pulsation from our hearts.

Follow this now for several breath cycles.

Alaha in.

Nura out.

Feeling the pulses of our breath Feeling the pulses of our body return to a normal balance.

Our tempo,

Our relationship to the day and night also balancing.

Circadian rhythms,

The body's internal clock and our relationship with nature around us also return to a balanced tempo.

Now we move to the last element,

Air.

Alaha in.

Ruha out.

Alaha in.

Ruha out.

The breath,

The wind,

The solar winds,

The atmosphere from other planets,

Other dimensions,

The spirit,

We discover now a greater sense of empowerment being connected to all in the holy breath,

The only breath right now in this moment,

In this present moment,

Infused with the cosmic spirit.

Follow this for several breath cycles now.

Alaha in.

Ruha out.

Through breathing,

Refreshing our nervous system,

Certainly allowing any old habits or patterns that no longer serve us to be blown away,

To be carried away by the holy spirit and the breath.

And we are inviting these new habits,

The new ways of experiencing,

Touching,

And feeling to arise within us.

And we are inviting these new habits,

The new ways of experiencing,

Touching,

And feeling to arise within us now.

Fill these four elements.

Fill the mingling,

Merging together like a beautiful rainbow of color textures,

Sensations,

And sounds.

Ara,

Maya,

Manula,

Ruha.

Now breathe Alaha in and Alaha out.

In the fullness of the source of all,

We breathe the complete conscious breath,

Alaha,

The source of living elements,

Here and now in our body's minds.

It is how we are all connected,

Together,

Through light,

Through sound,

Through vibration.

Enjoy this breath.

Alaha in.

Alaha out.

Allowing the breath to come through us,

Not only for ourselves,

But for those in our communities,

Our neighbors,

Our families,

Our universal family of all living subjects.

Breathing this one breath of all the elements,

The holy breath.

And then releasing it with love,

A sense of purpose,

A firm will,

A firm will.

We are purified,

We are one with source,

And we are simply breathing into this present moment.

Keeping our eyes closed,

We are maintaining our posture,

We are maintaining our conscious breathing.

Now on the inhale,

Silently and slowly affirm,

God is the light in which I see.

And on the exhale,

Silently affirm,

Formless and without limit.

God is the light in which I see,

Formless and without limit.

God is the light in which I see,

Formless and without limit.

God is the light in which I see,

Formless and without limit.

God is the light in which I see,

Formless and without limit.

Follow this for several minutes now,

Using the affirmation with the full conscious breath cycle.

Sink into your mind,

Letting go of any resistance.

Know we are all connected now in the one holy breath,

In the one mind.

Sink deeply into the loving presence.

Feel your breath,

And feel secure in the holy practice.

You are finding your way back to him.

The call within is real,

And you are answering this.

With the eyes closed,

Return your breathing to the normal breath.

You may want to put your hands in prayer pose,

Or your hands on your heart.

Repeat the daily morning prayer,

Repeat after me.

Help me,

Jesus,

To perform whatever miracles you want of me today.

Amen.

Keeping the eyes closed now,

Relax and listen.

Jesus asks that we are vigilant with our minds today like every day,

And to repeat the affirmation as often as possible and to connect ourselves constantly to the right mind,

That of the Holy Spirit.

Do not forget.

Above all,

Be determined not to forget today,

To affirm regularly.

Remember,

Jesus needs his children of light now.

He is calling us.

Your holiness is the salvation of the world.

It lets you teach the world that it is one with you.

Not by preaching to it,

Not by telling it anything,

But merely by your quiet recognition that in your holiness are all things blessed along with you.

Bless all you meet today in person or virtually.

My holiness blesses you.

And their wholeness is restored.

Your holiness blesses them by asking nothing of them.

Those who see themselves as whole make no demands.

There is one thought in particular that should be remembered throughout the day.

It is a thought of pure joy,

A thought of peace,

A thought of limitless release,

Limitless because all things are freed within.

There is nothing my holiness cannot do because the power of God lies in it.

Amen.

Take a few breaths and gently open your eyes.

By taking time to connect with Jesus,

I can now return to my role in the world,

Being refreshed and reminded of what is real.

I can take this peace that I have now with me and practice receiving and extending this peace in my day ahead today.

Our morning practice has now ended.

Remember,

When you do stand,

Do so gently and stretch a little and gently reflect on the present moment and the peace within.

Love is the way and we walk with gratitude.
