This brief meditation allows the participant to practice a loving kindness mantra and pairs this with the breath. Aimed to give a moment to pause and connect with the breath this practice employs the mantra 'I am kind, I am strong, I am enough' to support well-being, resilience, and self-development. Once practiced the mantra can be paired with the breath throughout the day to further support emotional health.

Welcome to your mindful minute.

We're going to begin by gently closing our eyes or if it's more comfortable for you Lowering your eye gaze down towards the floor as we gently take in a breath through our nose Noticing the way the breath moves through our body as we gently exhale Continuing to breathe and observe the breath and each time we exhale We're going to use the mantra.

I am kind I am strong I am enough gently breathing at the pace that's right for you Breathing in and breathing out as you repeat this meditation Sending love and kindness internally Repeating the mantra as we exhale Knowing that anytime we need to we can breathe deeply throughout our day and reconnect with this kindness mantra Reminding ourselves that we are enough in this moment that we can cope with everything we need to That we are strong and that we are kind Giving ourselves permission to extend that kindness to ourself or to those who are around us Acknowledging the strengths that we have within that will support us throughout our day The same way our breath supports us in this moment Taking one more breath in and out Observing with fullness with openness and then when you're ready slowly bringing yourself back to the room Observing what you can see around you and what you can hear and taking with you the benefits of your practice into the rest of your day
