
Loving Kindness Brief Mindfulness
This brief meditation allows the participant to practice a loving kindness mantra and pairs this with the breath. Aimed to give a moment to pause and connect with the breath this practice employs the mantra 'I am kind, I am strong, I am enough' to support well-being, resilience, and self-development. Once practiced the mantra can be paired with the breath throughout the day to further support emotional health.
