Welcome.
This meditation is dedicated to helping you to achieve a sensation of timelessness.
So begin by taking a deep breath in and relaxing your eyes.
Just allow your attention to follow your breath,
Noticing the sensation of air as it passes in through your nostrils and noticing the sense of relaxation as you exhale deeply.
With each deep exhalation,
Take your awareness to all the muscles that are beginning to relax.
Becoming aware of your eyes feeling heavy and relaxed and allowing the out-breath to extend just a little longer.
No wonder if it's possible to extend the out-breath just a little longer than each in-breath.
And as you exhale deeply,
Take your attention to all the muscles in your chest relaxing and releasing.
With each deep out-breath,
Become aware of any thoughts that are floating past.
Just allow yourself to catch their attention and let them go.
Returning your focus with each thought back to your breathing.
Becoming aware of any emotions that are attached to those thoughts.
And just gently allow them to float away as your attention again returns to each in-breath.
And as you continue to breathe,
A rhythm that's comfortable and soothing for you,
Allowing the muscles in your chest to relax completely.
Becoming aware of gentle sounds around you.
Aware of the sound of your own breath.
And as you become aware of all the gentle sounds around you,
Expand your awareness to that quiet place deep within your soul.
Noticing what that feels like as you begin to explore.
At times you might feel like you can only glimpse it for a moment,
But I wonder if you can expand that time,
That quiet time in your mind.
That quiet time in your mind and heart when all that exists is you and your breath.
And with that quiet time can come the thought,
I am all that I am.
I am all that I am.
I am still in this moment.
It is safe to relax and breathe deeply in this moment.
I allow my heart to fill with this sense of peace and timelessness.
And as you continue to breathe,
I wonder if you can imagine this stillness radiating out to all areas of your life,
Freezing them in time just for this moment.
Giving yourself freezing time whenever you need to,
To create this peace,
This tranquility,
This sense of ease in your mind and in your heart.
Throughout your work,
Throughout your time with your family or friends,
In moments of stress,
Moments of concentration,
Allowing this sense of timelessness and peace to radiate through your body with each deep breath.
And I wonder what it would feel like to breathe in that sense of timelessness into your heart,
Mind and soul,
In all those times when you are feeling stressed,
Feeling like there is no time.
And see yourself now breathing in this sense of timelessness,
This sense of peace and calm into all those situations.
Noticing how you feel,
Noticing how you act and noticing the changes.
And with each deep breath,
You make a commitment here and now to breathe in that sense of timelessness into each and every day.
Enjoying the calmness and freedom,
Enjoying the relaxation,
Enjoying the joy as you breathe time into your life.
Feeling the peace as you breathe more time into your life.
With each deep breath,
You can return to the present,
Stretching,
Relaxing,
Breathing your way back into a beautiful day.
