This guided meditation helps you to connect with your breath and to the present moment. Take this time now for you to relax, let go and become fully aware of how you feel in body and mind. When your mind wanders, remember that this is okay. Its natural for the mind to do this. Just gently bring your awareness back to breathing, and with practice, your mind will wander less.
