Let's begin this meditation by just settling in,
Noticing the chair,
Cushion,
Mat,
Whatever you're using to meditate on,
Noticing where it connects with our body.
Just acknowledging that right now our bodies are physically supported,
So that's one less thing to be concerned about.
So next,
To move our mind into a state of alpha waves,
We're going to begin by,
With our eyes open,
We're going to take a deep breath in in just a moment,
Breathing cleansing white light straight in through our nose.
As we do that,
Allow your eyes to just gently look up towards the sky,
Towards the ceiling,
About a 45 degree angle,
Without moving your head.
We're just going to let the eyes go up,
Leaving them open,
And we're going to hold the breath in,
And then as we exhale,
Allow your eyes just to return to resting position.
We're going to do this three times total,
And then on the third time as we fully exhale,
We're going to allow our eyes to gently close,
If that's comfortable for you.
One other thing about this meditation that's coming up,
We're going to do some looking back at our life as we go even further beyond that,
But just as sort of a heads up.
If there's anything in your past that's uncomfortable and you don't want to go and experience right now,
By all means,
Please take care of yourself.
Go in your mind where you feel called to go.
That being said,
I know that everybody's in their own place and different journeys,
Especially throughout the entire life,
So I just want to make sure that everybody feels that.
So let's go ahead and begin.
So I invite you to envision a golden white light just entering through the nose,
And as we breathe in deeply,
Allow your eyes to just look up towards the ceiling at a 45 degree angle.
And then just hold that in for a moment while we continue to hold those eyes up there,
Noticing the sensations of the body as we hold that breath,
And then just gently exhale,
Allow your eyes to go back to a resting position.
Take in a second,
Really deep breath fully.
Allow those eyes to roll back up about a 45 degree angle,
Just looking towards the sky,
Holding that breath.
Golden white light pulsing throughout our body,
Reinvigorating each and every individual cell,
Fiber,
Or physical being.
And then just allow that breath and tension just to fall away as you allow your eyes to go back to a resting position.
Now this third and final breath,
Just breathe in deeply,
Pulling those eyes back up towards the ceiling,
Just hold,
Continuing to look up,
Not strained,
Not forced,
Not painful,
Just about a 45 degree angle.
Deep relaxation,
Allow your eyes to go back to a resting position,
Allow those eyes to just gently close if that's how you're most comfortable meditating.
Of course,
You can leave your eyes open or half open,
Whatever feels best.
So we're just going to now direct our body to just soften up,
While at the same time keeping our spine erect.
Just relaxing into this moment,
Knowing that each breath that we take in just soothes the body and relaxes any tension away.
Each breath we take out just clears the mind a little more.
Each breath is like a broom that just sweeps away any images or thoughts or concerns from the mind.
Just letting us continue to go more deeply into this free,
Relaxed,
Calm state of being.
More fully into a clean slate of mental activity.
Just continuing to watch our breath.
Just taking a quick scan,
Looking over your body and just allowing any spot that still may be holding any tensions or ligament pressures,
Any soreness,
Just invite it to gently soften and relax.
If anything is still vying for your attention,
Just allow your acknowledgement.
Just know that for right now,
For this moment,
Everything is okay.
When we're done,
We will go right back to where we need to be and all.
We'll be fine.
So each breath just takes us more deeply within.
Now I invite you,
However many years you've lived on this planet and this physical body,
Divide that by four.
We're going to jump back a quarter of our life right now.
Just imagine what is going on in our life at that time.
Every experience is adding to our overall life experience.
Understanding how our thoughts are different,
Our knowledge base and experience base is different,
Our physical bodies are different.
That essence that we know is our self is the same.
Now we're going to go back another quarter to the halfway point of our current life.
Same thing,
What are we doing?
Where are we at?
How different is our knowledge and experience base?
How different is our body?
Is our spiritual experience any different?
One more time,
We're going to subtract another quarter of our life.
What are we experiencing at this point in our lives?
How very different that must be from our current experience.
Think about all the strings of experiences between then and now.
Look back another quarter of your existence.
And then from that place,
That would be your birth from there.
But you're just slightly before that.
That same part of you that's been there all along,
Existed on some plane.
Even before there was even any kind of physical conception of you.
This essence of you existed.
Some form,
Some mental capacity,
Some energy.
What was there?
Just allow this awareness to expand.
Are you part of the cosmos?
Are you part of conscious thought?
How about our ancestors?
What is our connection?
All thought comes from the one mind,
The infinite presence.
See how we're connected with it all.
That our very essence comes from the one pool of all consciousness,
All life,
All essence.
Suddenly experiencing through each and every one of us.
And where our imagination goes,
This essence goes to,
This is us,
From the infinite beginning to the infinite circling back within itself,
This constant state of expression,
Expansion,
Experience.
We are that,
That is us,
And it's all connected.
We recognize that infinite connection.
I invite you just to allow an image of unconditional love to begin in the center of your chest,
In your heart space,
And just pour out in all directions from you.
All directions over this globe.
All directions over the timeline.
All directions over space.
Until it just completely wraps back on itself in an infinite,
Endless loop of that love with a capital L.
Interchange it with life.
Interchange it with spirit or God,
Whatever fits.
The infinite is all that is.
Just allowing that just to return back into the center of our being,
Into this space right here,
Right now.
I invite you to offer yourself thanks for taking this time,
Acknowledging that infinite that you are.
Just bringing our attention and awareness back into this space right now,
Right where you're at.
Knowing that we come back with a renewed,
Rejuvenated sense of our being,
Of interconnection with all that is,
All that ever was,
And all that ever will be.
So it is.
As you're ready,
Just allow your eyes to gently open with your new space.
