We're just going to begin by settling into our place,

Allowing the body to relax,

Being aware of our breath.

Just allowing ourselves to feel prepared and ready.

So with my eyes still open,

I'm just going to gently look ahead and I'm going to shift my focus from any one object to that peripheral view.

Taking it all in.

So I'm seeing how much I can recognize in this field of view.

Just observing it as an outsider.

Seeing this field of view for the first time.

So I allow my peripheral vision just to look to the left and the right at the same time.

Seeing how far to each side I can look.

I'm starting to bring my awareness towards my breath as I breathe in through my nose.

And I just allow my focal points to move towards the ceiling or the sky,

Towards the floor or my lap.

Allowing that focus to be taking in the full edges of the peripheral.

And I just allow it to adjust even more to take in that full circular view.

Everything around that my eyes are seeing all at once.

Just engaging a different part of my brain.

Allowing the two hemispheres to work together.

So I'm going to take in a deep breath through my nose and hold my breath for a moment.

And then I'm just going to look at those full edges of the peripheral and then I'm just going to allow it to stretch a little bit.

Taking in an extra inch or two all the way around that circular view.

And then I'm going to exhale and just let all my air out.

And then again I'm going to breathe in deeply through my nose and hold the breath for a moment.

And I'm going to stretch that field of vision a little more to where it feels like I'm almost looking behind myself.

And letting my exhale out with an audible release.

Just noticing how deeply my body is able to let go and relax.

And one third and final deep breath in through the nose.

Holding,

Noticing sensations in the body and then stretching that peripheral vision one more time.

Just completely as if it's wrapping around myself.

And then a deep audible release.

And then just allow your eyes to gently close if you'd like to meditate that way.

So now we're just going to breathe regularly but deeply.

Just being fully aware of each little nuance of the breath where it enters through the nostrils.

As we feel it in the back of the throat.

As our chest rises and falls.

Perhaps breathing with your diaphragm pushing out your belly.

Noticing when it turns from an inhale to an exhale.

And makes that journey back out through the throat.

And then either through your nose or through your mouth,

Whatever is most comfortable.

So we'll keep our awareness on the breath.

That's going to keep us in this present moment.

Knowing that each breath in just brings in a cleansing,

Healing white light energy.

That just allows the body to rejuvenate and relax.

Filling up all the spaces of spent up energy.

That we're releasing every time we exhale.

Every breath out is just relaxing our body more deeply.

Giving away any stored up energy,

Any emotions that may have been lodged in our muscles,

Tissues,

Joints,

Ligaments.

Each breath just taking us more fully into this moment.

Now starting at our toes,

We're going to just imagine more golden white light.

Just a pure clean energy.

All in imagination.

Maybe it has a warm tingly sensation as it just begins to cover our toes.

Just relaxing the toes.

And the tops of our feet and the bottoms of our feet.

Just enveloping it in a soothing imaginary energy that's just massaging away any soreness,

Stiffness that just continues to rise up through our ankles and our calves and our shins.

Just as if imaginary hands are just massaging any knots or tension away.

That glow just continues up through our knees,

Quads,

Hamstrings.

Just directing everything to just completely let go.

So as that continues to relax more deeply,

The tension just really falls away.

It all came from some sort of energy.

It just returns.

We recycled,

Regenerated.

What's being replaced is just a fresh energy in the cells.

One that's instantly at peace and instantly calm.

That soothing energy just continues up through our hips and our waist.

Around our lower back,

Our abdomen.

We even feel a little bit of a tingling right at the base of our spine in that root chakra area.

Picturing just a red field in our root chakra as it continues up,

Relaxing.

So just a little higher to a color orange,

The second chakra.

Continuing up through our stomach and our lower back.

Have a glowing yellow joining in right around the solar plexus.

That soothing white light energy is just continuing to massage and relax away any tension and replace it with just a restful cellular energy.

Just rising up through our chest,

Our shoulder blades.

We envision just a green energy in our heart space,

Our heart chakra.

It just continues up and massages our shoulders gently.

It goes down through our biceps,

Our elbows,

Our forearms,

Out through our hands,

Through the fingertips.

Golden white light is just taking over that energetic body.

It's becoming the most noticeable right now as our physical body is just really taking in a restful moment,

Needing less and less of our attention.

Relaxation continues up through our neck.

As we see a blue glow now in our throat chakra,

Our voice.

The golden white light is relaxing our jaw,

The base of our skull,

Our cheekbones,

Our eye sockets,

Up into that indigo color right around our third eye,

Space in between our eyebrows,

Just slightly above if we were to look up just a little bit,

20 degrees from within.

It just continues its massaging energy,

Just allowing the skin and connective tissue and our head and face just to relax more deeply through the forehead and up through the crown and our scalp where there's that perfect violet color just illuminating the crown chakra.

Just breathe into this space,

Allowing this rainbow of color to illuminate.

Outfitting for a rainbow as we celebrate the love of all peoples in all different forms,

In all different ways.

Just opening up to the idea that love and life and breath,

They're all three just deeply connected.

How much awe and wonder and gratitude I am able to hold for the body that's able to breathe,

That breathes without me telling it to.

So as that is my focal point,

That it keeps me returning to the here and now.

So I just invite us to take our attention into our heart space,

Right into the center of our chest.

Envision as if I'm breathing in directly to my heart.

My heart is filling like the lungs with each breath.

And every breath into that space just brings in more of that golden white light.

The image of that unconditional love,

The unconditional love of the universe that simply exists for all of us.

Each breath in allows this unconditional love with a capital L,

That force that moves the planets,

That moves the particles in the smallest atom,

That breathes the trees,

Breathes my lungs,

Pumps my heart.

Just allowing this image of white light and that heart space to continue to expand.

I invite you just to allow the image of unconditional love that you may hold for someone or something,

Some essence,

Some place,

Some experience.

Something that maybe indicates to you that there is a bigger sense of love in this universe.

But as we bring our attention to it,

More of it is allowed to arise in our space.

And then picturing the golden white light as if it is that an actual luminous representation of that infinite love.

With our imaginations,

We can allow that to expand and brighten,

Intensify.

Just imagining as it ripples out away from us,

That it paves the way for everybody to be able to love who they love,

To be with who they love.

Just allowing that harmonious element that is at the center and the core of every single atom is that the peaceful images of the universe,

That same force exists at that perfect level.

From the micro to the macro,

The tiniest to the infinite of the universe.

So as we draw our attention to it,

Sending it out,

Just allowing it to flow through us that as it exits and leaves from our consciousness that it is instantaneously entering.

That it is just a flow,

The more that we imagine it flowing through us,

The more powerful it becomes permeating every single cell of our body,

Permeating every single cell around us in the atmosphere.

Recognizing that interconnectedness of all that is.

We were able to step out behind the universe and hold it within our hands.

What would that look like?

I can't imagine a more perfect image.

So again,

Just allowing that image to continue flowing through you,

Creating a state of harmony that matches that inner state of harmony that's always there.

That we're always able to tap into when we remember to quiet ourselves.

When we can get past the surface noise and go within.

If you're in alignment with this,

I invite you just to allow that image to just reach out and touch every single person on this planet.

Igniting that same spark within.

Just recognizing that infinitely lovable part of every person.

And that as we draw more attention to this,

That vibration intensifies and inspires more people to move towards more compassionate,

More empathetic,

Equitable,

Inclusive shared space.

Just holding that image and that breath,

Knowing that that breath is that give and take that's always going on.

An infinite cycle within the universe at all levels.

The cosmic breath that connects it all.

Bringing a perfect state of equilibrium,

Rest and relaxation.

Calm within our mind,

Peace of the infinite within our soul.

So let me just bring our awareness back into the body.

The sense of gratitude for taking this time,

Going within.

Invite you to please accept that infinite love within your heart for yourself,

Taking this time just for being the right of existence.

Thank you for taking this time.

Just bring our awareness slowly back into the space around us,

Back into our body.

Remembering the breath,

Carrying that remembrance awareness as we go forward through the next parts of our day or evening,

Morning,

Wherever we're at.

Coming through with the perfect energy that we need at this time right now,

Just invite you to gently allow your eyes to open when you're ready,

But only when you're ready.
