When you were born,

You were born with a deep knowing in every cell of your being.

You were born knowing your dharma,

Your soul's purpose,

And your dharma or dharmas will evolve and some will stay consistent.

Everyone's dharma,

Every single soul's dharma is to raise the vibration of this incredible planet.

Everyone's dharma is to raise the consciousness,

To radiate light,

To radiate love,

To lift the consciousness,

To lift the energy.

And we do this in our own unique individual ways.

We do this completely uniquely.

Because if we all followed exactly the same path to dharma,

To follow our dharma,

It wouldn't work.

We would be stuck all doing the same thing.

It comes back to that gorgeous energy of it takes a tribe.

Everyone brings their unique energy,

Their unique skills,

Their talents,

Their passions,

And that's what makes this work.

You don't have to be a healer or an energetic practitioner to raise the vibration.

You do this in your own completely unique way.

And this practice is going to help guide you and support you back into that knowing,

Whether it is on a conscious level or you begin to tap into it on a subconscious level and it will rise to the conscious when it's ready.

Take a moment to settle into this sacred space.

Wherever you are in the world,

Know that you are not alone.

You are within this tribal circle of being held and seen and remembered.

In this practice,

We return to the remembrance of your dharma,

Your soul's purpose,

The light you came here to share,

The truth that you were born knowing.

So let us begin.

If it feels comfortable in this moment to close your eyes and listen to your breath,

Close your eyes,

Let the eyelids gently flutter shut.

Breathe in mindfully through the nose and exhale ever so gently out through the mouth.

Let the exhale now carry away anything from your day,

Your morning,

Your evening,

Your evening.

Let the exhale gently blow it away.

Let your exhale soften your beautiful body.

Let your exhale quieten your mind.

And let the inhale open a doorway to the inner world.

It's time now to step away from the external stimulation and to float in.

To begin this journey of release,

Of letting go,

Of surrendering,

Of remembering.

Bring your awareness down your body.

Feel the weight of your bones.

Feel the breath in your chest and belly.

Feel the pulsing rhythm of life within you.

Soften your jaw.

Let your shoulders drop down from your ears and let that relaxation float all the way down to your fingertips.

Let's continue this sensation of drawing down and imagine roots of light unfurling down from the root,

From the muladhara,

All the way down through the legs,

Through the soles of your feet,

And gently spiralling down into the earth.

Deeper and deeper still until they've passed the rocks and the rivers,

The minerals,

The crystals,

The stones,

And reached the heart of Pachamama,

Of Mother Earth.

And it's here in the centre,

The core,

An ancient memory.

It's here you are remembered.

And draw this grounding energy up through your roots,

Into the soles of your feet,

Your legs,

To the womb,

Belly,

Heart,

All the way up to the crown.

Your body still and settled and grounded.

Now with this deep flowing energy from Mother Earth,

We open up the connection to Father Sky,

The universe above,

And sense a soft golden light from above your head like the sun.

Feel this beam of light travelling down,

The energy of the soles of your feet,

The star,

The breath of the divine,

The place where your soul first sang.

And with every inhale draw the golden light down through your crown and into your heart.

As above,

So below,

And you are the bridge.

You are the remembering.

We journey deeper.

See yourself walking barefoot along a winding path through a wild and ancient forest.

The trees are tall and old and they vibrate and hum with memory and knowing.

This is a truly sacred land.

And with every step you will drop layers,

The stories that were never yours,

The masks,

The expectations.

So these first few steps,

The first few steps I invite you to release any clothing that defines you or represents you or any clothing that you may currently be wearing.

Let it fall.

Let it float from your body.

Let it drop gracefully to the earth.

And you find yourself freer already.

There is no confusion and there is no containment.

There is no restrictions.

You are free and naked just as you were when you were born.

As you continue to walk your wild and beautiful path,

Let go of any material possessions that you own.

Let go of anything that you have.

Let go of jewelry.

Let that go.

Your home,

Your cars,

Your belongings or furniture.

You are letting that go.

You are walking back into your essence.

You are walking back into your light.

Strip it all back.

Let all of those possessions fall.

Let go now of any relationships or roles that you play for other people.

Roles or masks that you have for work or family or friends or other situations where you play a certain part.

Let each and everyone go.

You are walking through this old and sacred forest,

Naked,

Unbound by possessions or belongings or any roles that you are expected to play.

And you are free.

The weight that you may have been carrying so patiently on your shoulders has been removed.

Up ahead of you now,

The trees part and they reveal a circle of ancient stones that are glowing softly in the light.

You enter and find a place within that circle.

In the center you will see a flickering flame,

Your soul fire,

The light that you came here with.

And you kneel before it.

And you pray and you feel the memories beginning to stir.

And as you watch this flickering flame dance and become brighter and brighter,

You now let go of your physical body.

Every bone,

Every muscle,

The skin,

Everything,

Until all that is left is light.

And I ask of you in a moment some questions and I invite you to feel the answers,

Not as thoughts but as sensations or a deep knowing or images.

Let it flow.

Let your soul speak to you now.

What truth did I arrive with?

What truth did I arrive with?

What truth did I arrive with?

What did I come here to,

To be,

To create,

To heal?

What did I come here to be,

To create?

What song is mine to sing?

What song is mine to sing?

Let your soul speak to you through sensations,

Through images,

Through images.

Let your soul speak to you through knowing.

Now a guide appears within your stone circle,

Your temple,

An ancestor or a spirit guide or animal.

And they step forward with a gift.

And this gift is symbolic.

It is an essence of your dharma.

Take a moment to let go.

Let go of your body.

Let go of your mind.

Let go of your mind.

Let go of your body.

Let go of your mind.

Let go of your mind.

Let go of your mind.

Let go of your mind.

Let go of your mind.

Let go of your mind.

Let go of your mind.

Let go of your mind.

Let go of your mind.

Let go of your mind.

You have never been lost.

And you are here to remember.

And to shine that remembering for others.

Offer your gratitude to your guide.

You see the stones in the circle glow brighter.

You feel the sacred land and the forest breathing with you.

And the flame in the circle burns bright.

Your soul is remembering.

You are listening.

Without any expectation.

You are listening.

Ask yourself this.

What is my dharma?

What is my dharma?

Ask yourself this.

What ignites passion within me?

What ignites light within me?

What ignites love within me?

What lifts my vibration so I may then lift others?

In a moment it's time to journey back into the forest.

And you will take this journey changed.

You will take this journey lighter.

For the only thing that you will be carrying back through with you is your truth.

So light and so clear there is no denying your soul's gifts.

Gently repeating these affirmations internally or externally.

I remember who I am.

I remember who I am.

My soul knows the way.

My soul knows the way.

I remember who I am.

I remember who I am.

I remember who I am.

I was born for this.

I was born for this.

I walk the path of my sacred purpose with trust and devotion.

I walk the path of my sacred purpose with trust and devotion.

Even in stillness I am becoming.

Even in stillness I am becoming.

It's time to walk back through your sacred lands.

The ancient trees.

Carrying your soul gift within you.

Lighter.

Freer.

Unbound.

Unrestricted.

Open and expansive.

You are returning.

Not as someone new but as someone more fully yourself.

Take a gentle breath and take a gentle moment now to connect back to your physical body.

The home of your soul.

Feel your heart.

Place your hand there.

Breathe.

Just breathe.

Feeling gratitude that you have walked your path back to your soul.

A remembrance that your dharma lives within you.

Not as something to achieve but as something to remember and embody.

To come back to this space whenever you forget.

To come back to the forest.

To the flame.

To your guide.

Always waiting.

May your steps be guided and may your light be seen and may you remember.

May you remember.

Namaste.
