We gather as the Wheel turns to the West…to honour the Autumn Equinox, the festival of Mabon…a sacred pause between light and dark, day and night.

We stand in the golden glow of the harvest, giving thanks for all we have grown, and gently preparing to lay down what is complete.

A comforting journey to sit by a underground lake and a fire to burn and release those stories that no longer serve me. I invited my late mother in to join me for the first time in meditation… What a beautiful gift to have her by my side once again .
