Taking your time now to come into a place of comfort and of ease,

Either sitting or laying with intention and grace.

Feel your spine straighten,

Your neck as an extension of your spine,

Slightly tucking the chin,

Just feeling the body supported by whatever surface it is on,

Just trusting that you are supported in this moment.

Come to bring your awareness to your breath as you begin to feel all the sensations of your natural breathing pattern.

In your mind's eye,

Create the intention of complete presence,

Knowing that there is nothing else for you to do in this moment,

Trusting that you are here and you are supported and there is nothing else you need to be doing.

See if you can begin to extend your inhalations and exhalations,

Breathing deeply and comfortably.

Using your mind's eye,

Repeat this mantra internally,

I have everything I need in this moment,

I have everything I need in this moment,

In this moment,

I have everything I need,

In this moment,

I have everything I need.

Just relaxing into these sensations of presence,

The present moment is all we have,

Know that just for this moment,

You are here,

Just for this moment,

You are here.

With your awareness on the breath,

Bring a gentle curiosity as you come to see the breath as an opportunity to connect your mind and your body.

Play with the breath as a tool to bring you into the present moment,

In this moment,

I am here,

In this moment,

I am here.

On the in-breath,

See if you can feel the sensations of receptivity,

Of openness,

Curiosity,

Compassion and sweetness,

Has that changed your in-breath at all?

On the out-breath,

See if you can focus on releasing,

Releasing any toxins,

Any tensions,

Any pain,

From anywhere in the physical or mental bodies,

Using the out-breath to release,

Breathing in receptivity,

Breathing out into relaxation,

Using the breath to connect you in this moment,

Using the breath to let go of what you no longer need,

In this moment,

I am here,

In this moment,

I am here.

Remembering that your breath is always with you as you begin to come back to the space around you,

Bringing some gentle movement to your fingers and toes,

Whenever you are ready,

You can sweetly open your eyes.
