Transcript

And now switching your awareness to the head region,

Breathing in,

Feeling the cleansing,

Cooling air moving in,

Around,

And through all the spaces in the entire head region.

And as you breathe out,

Just feeling all the muscles of the face softening and releasing.

Breathing in,

Feeling this fresh oxygen cleansing and invigorating through the head and the mind.

And when you breathe out,

See if you can focus on that space between your eyebrows,

Above the bridge of your nose,

And see what it feels like to breathe through that space.

Breathing in from both nostrils,

Into the head.

Breathing out through that space in between your eyebrows and above your nose.

Breathing in space.

Breathing out space.

Breathing in cleansing air energy.

Breathing out,

Soften and release.

Bringing the awareness now to the entire body.

Just feeling all the air within your body.

Feel the effortless circulation throughout your entire being.

Simply basking in this space that you created for yourself.

Take three deep diaphragmatic breaths.

Whenever you are finished,

Begin to come back to the space around you.

Bringing some gentle movement to your fingers and toes.

Noticing any sounds in the distance or near to you.

And just taking your time to come back.

Whenever you are ready,

You can gently open your eyes.
