Give the weight of your body up to gravity.
Allow your weight to sink into the points of contact between your body and the surface under you.
Lengthen your inhalation and lengthen your exhalation,
Taking deep breaths and sinking deeper to the surface below you.
What sensations are present in this moment?
Do you feel any tension,
Resistance?
Gently turn towards painful or unpleasant sensations that are present and you accept them.
If you begin to tense around the breath,
Simply let go a little bit more with each out breath,
Feeling the jaw soften,
The shoulders relax,
Your elbows and wrists releasing,
Feel the belly relaxing,
The chest releasing tension to create more space.
Use your breath to soften into gravity,
