Taking this time to make any adjustments that will allow for yourself to be a little more comfortable.

Taking a second to settle into your space.

Whether you're seated,

Standing,

Lying down,

Bringing your awareness to any parts of yourself that are connected to another surface,

That are being held by some support.

And as you come to land,

Maybe soften your gaze or close down your eyes,

Allowing yourself to tune inwards,

Leaving everything that's external behind.

As you connect with your breath,

Inviting longer inhalations and longer exhalations,

Using the breath as a tool to open,

Clear,

Expand,

As well as to release,

Soften,

Surrender.

Breathing into the space behind your eyes.

Can you soften and release all the muscles behind your eyes?

Breathing into your temples,

Into the space in between your eyebrows,

And using your exhalations to release any tension from these spaces.

Breathing into the jaw,

Releasing the jaw,

Relaxing the cheekbones,

And removing any effort from the ears.

Breathing into the entire head region,

Feeling light,

Clear,

Expansive.

Breathing into your entire being,

Your whole body,

Feeling light,

Clear,

Expansive.

Bringing some movement to your fingers,

To your toes,

To your wrists,

To your ankles.

Taking a few deep breaths as you come to integrate back to the external world around you.
