Hi and welcome to this guided meditation for inner peace.

This guided meditation is specially designed to support you to feel immediately more relaxed and peaceful.

Using mindfulness and intention setting you will be guided into a relaxed and peaceful state readily manifesting the best feelings and life for you.

Welcome.

The simple and effective technique can be used at any time in your day and throughout your day to remind yourself of your intention to be peaceful as well as to form the powerful habit of being peaceful and radiating peace.

Right now we're going to take a journey to the center of your true self,

The place where only peace resides.

From this place we will unify our consciousness with everything that is peace,

Everything that is peaceful and everything that radiates peace.

We will bring even more peace into this world in the sweetest and gentlest ways.

When you feel ready take a couple deep,

Full,

Cleansing breaths,

Fully arriving for your meditation today.

Begin by setting an intention for peace that resonates with you.

How would you like to feel after this meditation?

How would you like peace to show up in your life today and for the rest of your life?

Is there an area of your life where you would enjoy more peace?

What does that look like?

Does your peace have a color?

Does it have a smell or a texture?

What could you use right now?

Call that in.

Would you like to walk peacefully in the world?

Would you like to be at peace with yourself,

With all that is?

Whatever is for you in this moment,

Sharing that in intention for your practice today.

Visualize it,

Feel it as much as you can.

Now that you are ready,

Let's release the intention and begin to breathe the whole body.

Starting at the soles of the feet and bring the breath energy up the back body,

Breathing in to the spaces between the vertebral column,

Breathing into every cell of your body,

Breathing up the back body on the inhale and down the front body on the exhale,

Letting the breath energy leave through the heart or the hands or go back into the pelvis or the ground,

Whatever feels good to you.

Finding your flow,

Connecting with your innate wisdom,

Connecting with your inner guidance,

Breathing in,

Breathing out.

You are this magical being who's capable of more peace than you ever imagined possible.

Let's soften and come into receptive mode so that we can receive everything that we've asked for,

Breathing in and breathing out.

Imagine brilliant waves of light washing over your entire body as you breathe in and as you breathe out.

Breathe in and breathe out,

Clearing your body,

Purifying your body naturally as you breathe in and as you breathe out,

Allowing the waves pure,

Brilliant white light energy to bring you back to the most harmonious place that you can remember,

Leaving space to be even more peaceful than you've felt before and than you've ever imagined.

This is your time.

Peace is available to you.

Let's allow what is for your greatest and highest good in peaceful and gentle ways to come to you now,

Easily and gently.

Breathing in,

Breathing out.

Allow your breath to become as relaxed as possible.

You're in nature,

Breathing itself.

You are powerful.

You are loving and you are kind.

Breathing in,

Breathing out,

Observing whatever is there and just allowing it to show itself and letting it go.

Breathing in,

Breathing out.

If you notice at any time that your mind has wandered in any way,

Simply guide your awareness back to your focus,

Being the breath and experiencing peace,

Thus training the mind to focus on what you decide.

Relax and let go.

Let your inner being gently show you alignment and what that feels like.

Relax into the meditation.

Relax into the feeling of peacefulness and connection with your breath awareness.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Allow the gentle tuning of your vibration to peace.

All right,

Go.

Letting go,

Letting go,

Letting go.

Give yourself permission to be peaceful.

Open yourself to the peaceful parts of yourself.

Grow them.

Rest in them.

Water them.

Nurture them.

Send them loving thoughts.

You have the ability to restore and renew.

Let's do that now.

Let's let go of anything that is not peaceful in us.

Just let it go.

Watch it drift away.

Inhaling and exhaling.

Take this opportunity now to release any limiting thoughts or behaviors and any obstacles that may or may not have been on your path to peace.

Come into even more alignment with who you really are.

Letting go,

Relaxing.

See if you can relax your physical body just a little bit more.

Let peace in.

Feel fully supported by the earth beneath you.

Being supported by the abundant earth energy beneath you.

Allow your body to be heavy on the surface you're on.

Just let go.

Allow yourself to be as still as possible and reconnect with your inner nature.

Recover yourself in a playful way.

Give yourself permission to be peaceful and to radiate peace.

To attract,

To be peaceful.

To be still.

Allow this beautiful stillness to fill you up until all there is is stillness.

That is who you really are.

We can experience many things and that's okay.

Right now our focus is peace.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Letting go.

Any thoughts or any tensions.

Resting now so that we can do the work that is called through us when it's called through us.

Right now it's time to just relax.

Letting go.

Letting go.

Breathing and being.

We are these fantastic creations.

Inhaling and exhaling.

Imagine yourself as a feather gently flying through the air.

What would that experience feel like?

Allow yourself to feel as light as you can.

And letting yourself drift even deeper into peace.

You're doing great.

There's nothing to do except be peaceful right now.

Affirm to yourself.

I allow more peaceful and loving experiences to come into my life.

I am peace.

I am peace.

I am peace.

Allowing yourself to be one with all that is and all that is not.

Relaxing.

Relaxing.

Relaxing.

Enjoying.

Enjoying.

Enjoying.

This time.

This feeling of nourishing your soul.

Whatever it is you're feeling,

That's okay.

Leave your body exactly what it needs in this moment.

Everything that you need is flowing to you.

You are perfect and peaceful.

You are in perfect harmony.

Letting go.

In the infinity of the world,

I am whole and I am complete.

I walk with nature.

I am nature.

I am full of light.

I am whole and bright.

I walk with the wise ones.

I am a wise one.

I walk with all of my guides.

I am.

I am.

So.

I am.

I am in Sanskrit.

You may repeat this to yourself as long as you like.

You could say so to yourself out loud or in your head and hum on the exhale.

So hum.

And eventually becomes om.

So hum.

For the rest of this guided meditation,

Allow yourself to connect deeply to your own source.

Resting in your faith,

In your strength,

In your versatility,

In your wisdom.

Calling all of your energy back into your body from any situation,

Relationship or thought that you may have or may not have had.

Calling all of your energy back into your body now.

Using that for what you would like to.

For now,

We'll use that energy to cultivate more peace.

Allow every energy in your body,

Every cell to be cleansed and pure as it returns.

And as it is,

Your body feels like it's melting into white light.

You are pure peace.

You have come to radiate this peace.

See if you can rest into that just a little bit more.

Letting go.

When you're ready,

Gently guide your awareness back into your body.

Gently wiggling your fingers and your toes.

Maybe you give yourself a big squeeze or exhale with a yawn or a sigh.

And remember that you can return to this feeling any time.

I really liked this meditation, found myself really drawn into the sense of peace. I normally find chimes a bit jarring but it works in this meditation.🕊🙏🏼❤️
