Transcript

Let's start by sitting comfortably,

Closing the eyes,

Breathing normally,

And after about half a minute sitting easily,

Begin to think the mantra as effortlessly as you'd think any other thought.

Jai Gurudev.

Let's keep our eyes closed now,

But let go of the mantra from inside.

Sit easily and rest for about two minutes.

You can move or you can stretch if you need to,

Just keep the eyes closed.

There's no need to do anything in particular,

Just allow the mantra to fade away into the background and just bring our awareness back to our bodies in preparation for getting back with our day.

Jai Gurudev.

Jai Gurudev.

Now in your own time,

Whenever you feel comfortable too,

You can just slowly open the eyes.

Jai Gurudev.

My daughter just introduced me to this practice. Perfect for my twice daily meditations. Itโ€™s like being at a group meditation where someone else minds the time. Thank you

I always jump when you start speaking again but I guess thatโ€™s a good sign! I love this voice guided vedic mediation and will use over and over again - thank you! ๐Ÿ™

It always takes me by surprise when meditation teachers start taking again after 20 minutes of Vedic meditation. My heart races. I feel like the 20 minutes of meditation has been undone.

I really enjoyed this. I am completely new to Vedic meditation and didn't know what i was doing. Lol. However, this was very peaceful first attempt at meditating in silence. Lunch time well spent ๐Ÿ™‚

Great Vedic meditation. I appreciate the reminder at the end to just stay eyes closed as I tend to want to rush back to the day. Great voice.

The internal instructions begin regardless. I wonder, if overtimes the external instructions will fade. Thank you.

I love this one. Usually when I meditate without this I skip the two minutes at the end... but with it I realize how wonderful it is to take the time at the end to slowly come out of meditation. He doesn't say much during this, so you can just listen to the simple guidance, let go and go deep.

I loved this but was thrown off at first. I didn't realize I was supposed to come with my own mantra.
