Transcript

Take a moment to settle into a comfortable position,

Allowing your body to relax and your mind to soften.

Let your attention turn inward.

Take the deepest breath that you've taken all day.

Feel the air,

Feel your lungs,

And exhale slowly,

Releasing any tension or distractions.

In this sacred space of calm,

Let us explore the power of being present,

Of connecting with the rhythm of your breath.

With each inhalation,

Feel the life-giving energy entering your body,

Infusing you with a sense of serenity.

With each exhalation,

Let go of any worries or stress,

Allowing them to dissolve into the air.

Now bring your awareness to the moon,

That celestial beacon illuminating the sky.

Picture its gentle glow,

Casting a soothing light upon the world.

Like the moon,

You too possess an inner radiance,

A source of peace and tranquility.

Allow the moon's presence to remind you of your own inner brilliance.

Allow you to focus on your breath,

And imagine yourself bathed in the moon's serene light,

Enveloped in a cocoon of calm.

Each breath you take brings you closer to the present moment,

Anchoring you in the now.

Feel the rise and fall of your chest,

The rhythm of your heartbeat,

And let them guide you into a state of deep presence.

In this space of stillness,

Grant yourself permission to disconnect from the demands of work,

To release the burden of constant busyness.

Your well-being and happiness are vital,

And you deserve moments of rest.

Remember you have the autonomy to create boundaries and prioritize self-care.

Embrace the freedom to disconnect,

To find solace in moments of silence,

Of rejuvenation,

Of nothing.

As you dwell in this meditative state,

Consider what you would like to stop,

Start,

And continue.

What aspects of your life no longer serve you?

What habits would you like to incorporate?

What thought patterns can you release?

What's currently working well?

Let go of anything that hinders your peace and your growth.

As you breathe,

And this meditation comes close to a close,

Fill a renewed sense of calm and presence within you.

You can carry this tranquility with you as you re-enter the world,

And may it inspire others to embrace their own inner light,

To find solace in the beauty of the present moment,

And to honor their autonomy in creating a life of peace and of purpose.

You can begin to bring yourself back into the space.

If a light neck stretch or shoulder stretch serves you,

Go ahead and do that now.

You can wiggle your fingers and your toes.

And when you're ready,

You can go ahead and open your eyes.
